Obviously he was on to judge pussy liquor. They had to shut him down before he fully uncovered the dastardly corruption that ran deep in Kandiyohi county.

In reality he had a few dozen cases years ago and was completely disengaged from the local court system at this point with the exception his retarded ass causing a defamation suit.

He bravely shit-talked Judge Fischer in an elevator by making a statement he should have made in court, after losing his client's case horribly. He bravely yelled obscenities at a cop who pulled him over. When he was handed a search warrant he bravely THREW IT ON THE GROUND like a REAL MAN!

Great post and this is the real nugget with regards to Barnes. He's positioned his streamer persona as an extension of his law practice and uses these podcasts (smartly I should add) to get his (Barnes') theory of law out there into peoples' thoughts so that they turn around and pay into his actual business where he can effectively double-dip monthly Locals fees and legal fees for those few that he's clipped off and taken on as clients.

And the podcast with Viva has absolutely paid dividends to Barnes. The downside is that as someone who has watched Viva and then Viva and Barnes for many years, it has made them both less likable. Which is fine, I don't need to like them; but I also see the script they have developed over the years and can pick out when they are doing the "law bit" versus discussing legal issues.

That becoming apparent as their formula evolved has led to me trusting Viva and Barnes much less. I barely watch their show anymore and that pre-dates the Rekieta stuff.

The other interesting wrinkle in all of this is how close Viva and Barnes have gotten to Alex Jones. Jones really seems to like them. I wonder where that is going seeing as Viva straight up hosts segments for Jones on random days.

Also I want to second the double-edged sword that was Viva's coverage of the truckers. He did excellent coverage but like Hooter has said, it pushed him away from his already flagging vlawg series and turned him into a full-time streamer.

Oh his fishing videos are kino as fuck. Actually just watch those and ignore politics.

Barnes isn't good at lying or bullshitting, if he were he would be a competent lawyer, not a pug-faced oligophrenic dipshit who ends up being a liability for every single person unlucky or foolish enough to hire him; he is so bad at being a liar and bullshitter that even laymen with little to no formal training on the art of argumentation can dismantle whatever imbecilic point he presents with ease, he would not need to run tranny-tier long block lists if it were otherwise, the only people who consider him more than a pug-faced failure are the ass end of the IQ bell curve, the only people dumber than Barnes.

Viva is a real POS and not the nice guy he claims to be. Back in the days coronavirus he made a video on how he had to produce his vaccine passport for his kids to play in the local bowling alley. His audience was people who had to resist the vaccine mandates in Canada at the cost of their careers and he was there asking for compassion from his viewers because he was vaxxed and had to produce vaccine passport for such a trivial matter as entry of a bowling alley. Oh the humanity! His kids were stir crazy and needed to bowl and producing his vaccine card to the bowling alley was totally mandatory to avert such an ordeal such as child boredom. Viva flamed anyone who dared question the triviality of he surrendered his ideals and set a bad example to his kids on such a trivial matter.

When he was on the streets of Quebec during quarantine he was making weird comments about people with male dogs. He made a deliberate effort to differentiate between dogs with testicles and dogs without, and commented on the dogs that were not neutered. "Your dog is intact? What a beautiful dog!" I kid you not. He's taking an active inventory of dogs with balls. Zoophile inclinations perhaps?
 
Barnes literally has the same exact face and stare that notorious murderer Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski had. If that isn't evidence enough that he is somebody who should not be trusted I don't know what is.

Sounds like Tyson violated a very specific Tennessee law that outlawed exactly what they did, and continued to do after the effective date of the law. That said, it's a clear win for the plaintiffs.

Clear or not, though, it's rarely an easy feat to beat a huge-ass corporation with nearly unlimited funds.

Loads. It's a common, though not hugely common surname in chermany. A lot of supposedly stereotypical Jewish names (even things like Goldberg, which is a habitational name) are usually just German or Polish names, because that's where the largest contingents of american Jewish immigrants were from. Always makes for funniest when a&n sees a German name in an article about Germany and instantly starts sperging about juice.

The idea that filing a (presumably good-faith) complaint through official channels instead of taking matters into your own hands is 'extortion' is laughable. This is a conglomerate retardation of the 'weaponised justice system' line that V&B have been selling to the credulous masses and lawyerly tactics of reframing it as an attack when it is merely a response.

In another thread, I co pared it to Greers bearings that it is too much WORK to respond to the defendant motions... in a case HE started. Legal revisionism...

If you come down to it, Barnes is not willing to settle for anything than Cart Blanche on whatever he wants. There is no 'right way to handle this' other than to appease the monster.

As for Viva, I used to like him, and I am sure he is still good to his family, but Barnes is using his respectable face and image to sell pilorical snakeoil. At some point, you are culpable for that.
