Like GW I had forgotten about Genestealer Cults, but I'm gonna take that as three-quarters right in my Custodes/Nid prediction if true.

Cadians being in every Guard faction as veterans spread across the galaxy seems very GW to me, but saying Squats are in the pipeline has me doubting. I feel like Squats will forever be hinted at coming back, but won't for a long time.

Also, no Primarch/Demon Primarchs in the works? I could of sworn GW said they were going to announce one of those last year, but maybe they ended up just wording it poorly and meant more Supreme Commanders.
Any new CSM legion that gets their own primarch along with it for sure. Sans konrad

Could you imagine a new Dais of Destruction in today’s day and age?

I guarantee one of the slaves would be male.

should have elaborated. Are people in the forum 3d printing? I see the prices have dropped lot. However I've been buying the Chinese rip-offs instead about about half price
Yes? Have you not read/ saw previous pages? Wasn't too far back I posted some test prints of necron warriors.

You know, I'm really sick of the "voices" of this "community" being a bunch of worthless ecelebs that only read wiki pages.

as much shit I give arch, at least he actually reads the books.
I’m just sick of their gay shit clogging my recommended. Don’t like GW? Then get filtered, it’s been two weeks since the gay show went down. Move on.

I watch a few conversion videos and Gamza, Valrak, Arch, Kirioth etc, clog my recs. You know who’s the best Warhammer Youtuber? Pete the Wargamer, pure creativity and encouragement of the things that makes the hobby worth it. Creativity, personalization and innovation. All of this without whining about politics, whining about cost, whining about “outdated models” and consooming every Space Marine kit blindly.

Little known fact. The hobby is actually affordable if you moderate your spending, PAINT your backlog and stick to one faction.

The problem is its profitable to just complain no other war game community would give these guys the clicks. I highly doubt any of these guys will go over to any other game even with the current push for exodus and will continue to complain about what ever happens in Warhammer or GW. One of the oldest has to be Outer Circle and hes still here browsing through GWs website 24/7.

Like I got into Conquest Last Argument of Kings recently its a great game but when old world comes out people will go running towards that than Conquest.

I dont think its real because October is supposedly heresy month.
Maybe the Custodies "Lieutenant" will be the King in Yellow.

Remember, the Custodes aren't loyal to the Imperium. They're loyal to the Emperor. That's not the same thing. Not at all.

I'm wondering if the way to really stick it to GW isn't to go 3D printing or proxy minis... but a 3rd party ruleset.

Something based on 8th or 9th edition, only fan created and curated. One that supports all the GW minis, as well as the proxies.

Ninth Age did something similar for WFB.

I think Luetin is the one who clogs my recommendations the most and while some of his videos are decent, most feel a bit bloated at best and could be trimmed down a good 15-20 mins and not lose much.

Constantine valdor would not a lieutenant, he would be a supreme commander. He would be almost par with, if not better then roboute since he has been power crept. A custodes lieutenant doesn't fit into the range, that's essentially what a base shield captain is gameplay wise. If they didn't make one it would be worthless, or retarded narrative wise because it would need to have a better aura then captains and valoris. The rank also does not exist in custodes force organization.

A shield captain on bike or in terminator armor is their actual space captain gameplay equivalent.

If you add in their forge world range, their faction is actually pretty full of options that all have reasons to take. (Expect agmatas and plasma+volkaite guard.)

Any new releases that would benefit the faction, it would be releasing some forgeworld stuff in plastic.

I could go in about what sorta things the codex would need. But that's a long discussion.

Yeah, I know. But "Custodies Lieutenant" would make them more like the Space Marines, and as we've seen with the New Sisters of Battle, every Imperium faction has to be Space Marines, or effectively Squatted down to NPC status.

If they're gonna do anything (that isn't Plastic FW kits), a new lineup of Sisters of Silence makes the most sense. Maybe a "Custodies Lieutenant" is really a "Talons of the Emperor Lieutenant," which would open the door for some SoS stuff.

I really dont understand this whole meme of having a lesser hq character with an aura makes them more space marines. The admech have a skitari prime and they are most definitely not space marines. The sisters have theirs but they have been treated as female space marines since their refresh, so youd be more then a year late to complain to lament that change to their flavor. However even still I would say they are fairly unique with mechanics. The custodes have always played as an army of what is essentially space marine hqs since they were ported over from HH. They are different because they are the most elite infantry army in the game, that gives them a very unique set of problems they have that a lot of armys do not suffer from. Adding a random aura character wont change that.

If the dark eldar got a Drachon, would they suddenly be space marines?

I personally think its not called a Custodes Lieutenant but it might be a Captain Commander or I guess in Custodes terms a Lieutenant Commander?

I dont think its real because October is supposedly heresy month.
I certainly would be heresy if they used Orktober for Chaos.

WE dex will have Angron no doubt
GW really does since nice centre piece models... just look at Be'lakor model.
So I expect it will look amazing but cost like $180.

Technically speaking souls exist in 40k. Just because you're dead doesn't mean you don't still exist... particularly not when you're involved with chaos.
There's some hints that Conrad's soul might be in a soulstone, if not there's no reason one of the Chaos Gods couldn't have snapped up his soul. After all he didn't get Horus-ed i.e. his soul shredded.

Christ, he's having fun with this.
Given recent events and how niche 3D printing is (I'd be surprised if even half the 40k community have anything but a vague understanding beyond that 3D printing is a thing much less quality of prints, alternative models etc.), I suspect he's getting a lot of views and positive feedback so he'll probably ride this until the wheels fall of.

They were basically female Black Templars, at least their military ordos. The problem was just now they're basically got turned into female Utramarines just Ultramarines that go to church on Sundays... and Ultramarines themselves have been made very bland as they went from Greek themed Space Marines to generic poster-child Space Marines.

I am talking gameplay wise.

No, as in October is rumored release for plastic 30k

Kinda defeats the purpose of the character arc. If they want a bad ass hero unit for Night Lords, you can bring Sevatar back. Since Sevetar was one of the best and can have the excuse of being warp timed.
