My comment was in relation to the fact that as I was watching footage of Space Marine 2’s combat gameplay, I could hear equal numbers of male and female voices among the Imperial Guard companions.

I went from being concerned for their safety to praying that they all get wiped out in the first mission so that I wouldn’t have to deal with screeching harpies.

Extra armor made from random shit on the hull and the back platform, mount some extra dakka on the railing and hillbilly armor, stick spikes and gubbins on the dozer blade, maybe extend the back platform somehow so it can carry more boyz, add a few fuel barrels and random tools here and there, and paint that sucker red.

Every 40k model has been shit lately. I think GW put their B team on this knowing plastic crack addicts would buy it up anyway. Seems like all the interesting designs are in AoS and Necromunda lately

The last sanguinary guard looked absolutely fine. If they wanted new weapons just add in another sprue ffs. Honestly I wouldn't blame anyone for thinking these were new custodes models and not blood angels.
 
The new sanguinary guard helmets just look like they reused sculpts from AOS's stormcast. The sangiunors's helmet just looks too chunky. If you look at him directly he has dong gone's square jaw.

It's interesting that they made the sanguinary guard in sets of 3's. I'm guessing they are gonna essentially be blade guard vets with jump packs.

Just looking at the new Necromunda models makes me want to pick up a box of Squat prospectors or the new Genestealers and play the game. The squats in particular are one million times better looking than the Votann ones and if I ever start collecting a Votann army I would just proxy the Necromunda Squats in their place for the battleline. Too bad I don't know anyone else in my area that plays it :lossmanjack:

I'm not a big fan of AoS in terms of story and world building but many of the models have been a home run for me in terms of looks especially the new Skaven models. A lot of the models in AoS are amazingly well sculpted and is really making me want to try out AoS or use some of the models in ToW. it's a shame the 40K got shafted in terms of the design and sculpting with these recent new codex's.

That's what they really should have done with warhammer fantasy just make newer models and have tie in video games like warhammer 3 Total War.
You notice how everything that isn't the models from age of smegma literally is not selling not the books not any game based off of it.
It's a game with really pretty models but terrible background.

At that point why even play a warhammer game you can get pretty models that are cheaper

Sadly that seems to be where GW is headed. I remember when you could buy boxes of 5 models of units like that. It wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t keep the same price and look like shit.
 
Wait there are only 25 Sanguinary guard in the entire chapter? Unironically never knew that sorry blood Angel bros you got shafted but lol I seriously barely care about the lore for BA.

Nids ate all but one of them out of nearly every chapter that was related to them. Said that they've tasted an little bit on the raw side.

If you're not the ultramarines you get nothing because GW whenever stop giving all the fun stuff to gillman.

Also the alpha legions entire actions make absolutely no logical sense if the entire legion or experts in counter information warfare psychological warfare an information gathering they would know the entire time the cabal was full of it and every single thing they were being told was a complete and utter fabrication.

Really the whole cabal subplot was really really stupid it was frankly completely and utterly abandoned leader by GW in any future editions because they realize how stupid it was.

The alpha legions for experts in completely ripping people apart psychologically militarily and with special operation units they also use infiltration tactics the primarchs guys in the dumbest way ever I'm just gonna head Canon that away is the alpha legion never took part in the horse heresy and are actually just chilling doing something very important for the emperor.

Top secret no one's allowed to know about it hey that would be fun thing to do for GW could also introduce a bunch of new factions maybe the only super far away edge of the Milky Way Galaxy and you discover new aliens you could sell so many new miniatures

Never liked how the codex divergent chapters have the worst fans and get everything. Reading heresy you are shown besides the thousand sons the best psykers were arguably white scars. Only the “main” psyker marines are blood angels due to their daddies death. Blood Angels, and Dark Angels get all the toys.

They got shafted on their update but ehh the melee ultramarines will prevail just 3D print.

also I'm tired of games workshop teasing the TV show which may or may not be happening ohh they may or may not have passed off Henry Cavill.
Actually I really don't get how people have this much of a problem making adaptations of tabletop games or video games

Well, it's not like there was much of an option between obeying the largest knockoff of Art of War that ever existed or being "innovative" to the point that it comes off as being obnoxious about it
