The 3rd party gooners have already probably been feasting on gooner not space Marines, sisters, elves, and guard. GW only did Custodes because they were pretty much ultra Space Marines that require 4 models max for a full force, so its easy to virtue signal.
 
I think it’s always funny when people who obviously aren’t actually members of the hobby give their takes on this stuff, like there is a delusional image of what being in the 40k hobby is like to the pol-scrollers who hover around looking for the next thing to sperg out about.

If anyone wants to know the actual community response most of us don’t care all that much about Custodes having women, it’s a complete nothing inclusion and Custodes are not Astartes so they don’t actually have any good reason to be male only. The vast majority response is that these new models rock and they objectively do. Having Custodes vehicles leave resin is going to print an insane amount of money and this will sell out a hundred times over. They’re also just much better than the Custodes models we got back in 7th and 8th with the dumb old baby head proportions. If you went to any painting or game table and started talking like niggas are talking here everyone would think you’re a deranged faggot. I’ve had over a decade in the hobby so I speak with authority in this, GW will be fine lmao no one actually gives a shit.

Also everyone knows GW’s studio sucks ass at painting faces and that they’re always much better than the preview images make them look, it’s just how every preview is.

I've had over 2 decades in this hobby and I can assure you, you're a bunch of faggots. GW is seen the same way MTG is. It's full of woke garbage and cannot be gate kept because the people in charge do not give a fuck. The game is unplayable, the models are miserable to build and far too expensive. The 40k crowd is so buck broken they will make any excuse for why they need to buy more and play more in a system no one enjoys playing any more.

Could you tell on yourself any harder? The models at this point are so retard proof to build that the major complaint is they aren’t customizable or flexible enough anymore, they even specifically design them for baby painters now too. You should still be able to edit this post and make it more convincing bro come on now

"Retard proof" where the tactical rock/wall comes in 3 different pieces. And every model has 2 individual legs which only go to a specific body and aren't placed next to that body.

Fanboys will lie, cheat and play retarded to defend anything GW do. It's the narcissist prayer but defending GW. Another price hike can't be far away.

For passers buy here for the community feature. This is what a good sprue layout looks like. It's for a simpler kit as you might need 100+ of these to play the game. But everything is together. The 2 handed weapons use 2 parts. So the two matching parts are together on the sprue. Easy to build, everything makes sense. GW used to build kits this way. But now they have to save 0.01% of a penny on plastic so they make every sprue into a CAD puzzle where parts that go together are no where near each other.
 
Im debating whether its worth selling my Custodes army or get 2x Dreads and Tanks. The new models look great but I already have the foot troops and the new ones look WAY better.

Custodes arent even old lmao
 
On the topic of model building. I've only built two AoS armies but I didn't have too much trouble with either of them. There were a few I had issues with (ushoran's cape) but over all they seem easy to build.
Also having issues deciding on a 40k army. I've narrowed it down to either Word Bearers or Red Corsairs.

Holy shit you are actually a baby modeler no wonder you have the dumb opinions you have, can you not just read the manual? If you weren’t clinically retarded you may also notice that the parts that are meant to go together are numbered sequentially on the sprue
 
Y'know, I actually like custodes. The telemon dreadnought is probably my favorite model in all of 40k. It sucks knowing that 40k will soon be a pozzed hellscape.

I like the new eldar corsair stuff, though. Really dig the mix between craftworld and drukhari aesthetics.
