Thats why I mentioned abandoning the human form. Everything from a tech priest to Titans is bipedal and roughly human in shape. I believe even a digitized mind cannot comprehend how to move in a body that's alien to its original form. The integrated AI helps but inevitably takes over when the magos's body becomes incomprehensible to their own mind. But that's just my theory/head cannon. We'll see what gwbs thinks.

I've had the same thought, epecially with how they've almost totally resigned his face from his game appearance. There's also basically no one else the fucking guy could play that would be a worthwhile use of whatever star power he still has.
I'm personally still of the mind nothing will ever actually get off the ground, though. And if it does, Space Marines will end up being a very small part of it because goddamn are they almost impossible to portray in live action. And without Space Marines, it's gonna be hard to hook the normies they're trying for.

I’ll take a boring white guy with legacy behind him as the front man over the alternative. At least Titus was from before (current year nightmare) and before the cuck outbreak in GW’s narrative department.

Titus may be a throne made for Henry, hence the redesign(s) but he’s also manly, doesn’t talk about problems when he should be solving them, is white as can be and doesn’t back down.

The alternatives are horrifying beyond imagination, you need only look at every BL miniature, every named character made for the Stormcast and the book covers/promotional art. Somehow, melanin seems to be a stopper for the geneseed’s reconstructive process. That sole chemical 100% of the time, everytime stops “mini-me syndrome” from taking effect. Really makes you think, don’t it?

At least the black dude in the EC and the ones from Devastation of Baal are stated to look just like their primarch, just with a different color.
Granted, Marines would be even more boring imo if they can only be the same face. Culture>Geneseed for me, even for chapters where the Geneseed curse are vital like the BA (the Angels Resplendecent and the Flesh Tearers can't be more different from each other or their parent chapter)

The way it should work is not everyone gets the same face and it varies based on genesneed. But some of them should be more potent in the mini-me syndrome. Like the blessed aryan genes of Fulgrim, greatest and most perfect of Primarchs.
