Weight loss support thread

Caffeine+pesudoepherine for rapid fat burning and appetite suppression. They also raise your metabolism. The reason why dieticians advice to eat several meals a day, instead of one huge, is because the longer you don't eat, the slower your body burns fat. So small meals in small time intervals bump your metabolism up. But with stimulants such as caffeine, your metabolism is always high so eating frequently(or god forbid, snacking) is not necessary anymore.

Or amphetamine if you can get it.

Also, count your calories. Just count them. Try not to exceed 2000 calories daily. Don't panic if you do. Anti-depressants, phenibut and other such calming and mood lifting agents help too-number one reason for overeating and binge eating is stress, for fat people eating is their most common escape from pressure and depression.

Try not to give up.

I know what I'm talking about. I used to be obese many years ago, lost weight through eating no more than 1000 calories a day and running 5km daily for over a month, never got fat again(but if I advice that a lot of people will probably jump on me screetching that it's "unhealthy"). But certain habits like binge eating or candy addiction persisted for years, these were the most difficult to get rid of. I have coffee and drugs to thank for that final victory.

Okay fatasses since its clear from the 35 pages of absolute shit garbage-tier advice i've read so far its time to read some real advice on how to lose weight and finally have some worth as a human being and individual. This is the DEFINITE and 100% EFFECTIVE diet plan that actually works unlike the stupid bullshit you've all been peddling.

Breakfast
  • 1 unsalted ice cube
  • 3 minutes of staring at a picture of a rice cake
Lunch
  • 2 gulpfuls of air
  • 1 sliver of an almond
Dinner
  • 3 lightly salted ice cubes
  • 1 minute of staring at a picture of a cucumber slice
If you start feeling woozy that means you're doing it right and just pop a Xanax if you start to falter.

What if I wish for death and want to replace every meal with vodka? Snacks also vodka. I don't drink water either- just vodka, now that I think about it.

Anyone have any advice on getting rid of soda/energy drink cravings? My doctor put me on a "if you don't start eating right you'll get the diabeetus" diet about a month ago, and for the most part after the first couple days it actually felt good to be eating real food. Even lost 15 lbs already (although I know the weight loss will slow down because a lot of that was getting the salt out of my system).

Problem is, I still pretty much have a constant desire to drink NOS. The only thing I've found that helps even a little is chugging water to make sure I'm not legitimately thirsty instead of craving carbonated sugar water.
From personal experience as a type 1 diabetic, buy only diet soda, the cheaper and bitter the better. It will taste like shit, but it will be your only option. After a few weeks, you will get used to the taste and no longer crave regular soda. Then you can quit the diet stuff, which is a lot easier as it doesnt have any actual calories in it. Sweet teeth not backed up by actual energy are a lot easier to suppress.

After drinking only diet on and off for 15 years, regular soda just tastes like....radioactive sugar bombs. I know people who drink tons of it per day, and I have NO idea how they do it.

I got a deskcycle to use whenever im at my PC now so I can burn a couple calories while browsing here. It's a little thing but just idly peddling that feels way better than just sitting down.
I've been debating getting one of these VS building a standing desk and eliminating the chair altogether. I spend far too long in front of the PC, might as well try to make it healthier.

Anybody know if they make a treadmill that will fit under a desk?

Got a new exercise bike a few days back and honestly it's the best investment I've ever made. Would def recommend to anyone who wants to start working out but doesn't want to go outside or is generally unfit - just plop it in front of your computer/tv and go to town. If you get something interesting to watch the peddling just becomes muscle memory too.

I used to do that until my exercise bike broke from being old.

Monday I go to doctor for check up. I know I put on some kilos because I finally quit smoking after about 15 years (we start very young where I am from). I used to lift weights and run all the time when i am in military, but I also have back problems (three fused vertebrae and metal hip).

It is typical lazy fat ass excuse story. I get old, and it gets painful to work out so hard so I don't. But since I let core get weak, back problems get worse...so I work out even less. It would not be problem except I still eat like I work out. I work on industrial sites so it is not like I am stationary, but I eat shit all the time and no cardio.

Doctor weighs me. I am fucking 113 kilos. Like eighth of US ton. I had stopped smoking since 4 months ago and I think I eat away cravings like idiot. FUck. need to not be fat bitch and work. So I decide, I get back into shape starting today.

I fucking only make it a km before I am hacking up lung and seeing double. Holy shit I am fat and lazy.

So begins the journey to not fatness.
