Granola bars are pretty much just candy, just check the ingredients.
Bell peppersHey, guys. I'm a really sensitive guy when it comes to food, and all of my favorite stuff is really fatty. My metabolism has kept me from obesity, but I know that won't last forever. I've been told by a doc that I should eat more vegetables and more lean foods, but me and veggies have a, like, 3rd grade understanding of each other. Any of you guys got healthy greens or the like that don't have a really strong taste or a slimy texture? Would appreciate some advice until I can brute force my way into liking certain shit.

Cauliflower is pretty mild tasting. Raw dipped in ranch dressing or hummus is good. It is also good oven roasted. I've seen recipes for oven roasting that use buffalo wing dressing to make them as wing substitutes. Putting a seasoning or flavor you like on them goes a long way to making them more palatable. Or just adding cheese or cheese sauce can help you eat them until you develop a taste for it.Hey, guys. I'm a really sensitive guy when it comes to food, and all of my favorite stuff is really fatty. Broccoli is trees and you are an angry giant. The forest is standing in your way. Go, go, go!
Not to mention Filipino food is greasy, unpresentable bullshit. My cousin-in-law is Italian and refuses to eat sinigang.I fucking hate it when my fucking family forces me to eat man. Filipinos have no fucking control when it comes down to eating. When I told them I can’t eat much, they laughed and yelled at me for actually doing my part to lose weight and told me that I’m not eating enough. Filipino families are a bitch to deal with.

You can also substitute zucchini for spaghetti. You can pick up a cheap veggie spiralizer and use that to make the "pasta". You pan fry that for just a couple of minutes (long enough to heat it and soften it just a bit -- but not too long or it does get mushy) using a little bit of olive oil. Put spaghetti sauce over it and it is pretty darn close to actually eating pasta. I do that a lot when I'm cutting carbs.
Keto helps with that. just eat the good stuff at gatherings.I'm REALLY starting to hate family gatherings. Every other month or so there's always some kind of get-together and it spells disaster for a weekend with the house getting flooded with junk food of every kind. Normally I'm pretty good at avoiding that kind of stuff but when you're surrounded by it and everyone else is eating it and the ol' "It's a special occasion!" excuse pops up, I crack. And then it takes the solid following week to get my body back on track.
just boil your potatoes longer/more than once. that reduces the Calories get out of them.I need some help. What are some cheap, easy, recipes that can help a fat fuck like me.
Have you considered trying swimming? It's a good exercise that shouldn't impact the knee too much.I'm about 1.5 percent over the maximum BMI for knee replacement surgery. Extremely frustrating because most heart raising aerobic activities are put of reach. I try to count calories and I have been doing Intermittent Fasting with good results, but when I was told I needed to lose weight, I panicked and backslid, gaining 5 pounds back. Thankfully I have more of a salty than sweet tooth, but snacking and the comfort food needed mindset are killers.
Good luck to all! I raise a glass of non-caloric, delicious and filling water to all!
So my problem is I'm a fat fuck who works constantly and doesn't have time to cook.
