Direct forearm training is great, if you want something more specific it should be something related to isometrics such as farmer walks or dead hangs but everything works, what I have to add that's different from what's been said is that you could get stronger forearms by training more traps, by doing more pulls ups, barbell rows, standing calf raises with a dumbbell in hand or hanging leg/knee raises.how do i increase grip strength when doing deadlifts and without using straps? right now the bar keeps slipping out of my hands after a few reps even though i know i can lift it further. i have one of those handheld spring grip trainers but it doesn't seem like it's doing much, even with daily use.

Right now I think: lifting at night is better when bulking because you don't have to leave anything in the tank for later; lifting in the morning is better when cutting because you get it out of the way and are less likely to skip it when you're hungry and tired at night.I lifted in the morning today and it fucking sucked. Those weights are intermediate at best, fren. Once you've been going to the gym for a long time you enjoy it. I'm on my 50th day of the daily cardio grind and I was feeling pretty tired. I went to sleep late last night like a retard. But I did my daily sesh just now and took it really easy; now that I'm done with it I feel so energized and refreshed, it's hard to believe.
It's about convenience, at one job I had I worked out at 7AM and/or in my lunchbreak because the gym was 1 block away.Take a shit and eat a small breakfast. I don't want to work out with shit in my guts after lunch.
Plus there's less people around in the morning.

Judging people based on their looks is verboten in leftoid fag circles so they can't admit that someone who works out looks more attractive than some skinnyfat schlub. To admit that someone who is fitter than you is more attractive than you is to admit that so many pillars of modern progressive soyfag religion are false and lies (healthy at any size, all people are equal in every way, women are just as capable and strong as men, men can be women and women can be men, etc etc etc). As such they must deny it lest the cracks start to form at the foundation of their belief structure.
