MTM definitely wouldn’t be in that shitlist. MTM had a solid art style. And you gotta respect Iron Mike for being more than happy to be goofed on. No when I mean shit celeb garbage it’s like “Bless The Harts”

Look at that garbage art style. The big points to the show is Kirsten Wiig and Maya Rudolph VA as if I should give a shit. When a show is front loaded with “stars” it’s often a bad sign. If your art is trash too your show is trash.

Another adult animated sitcom that goes alongside MTM is Clerks TAS. Because Kevin Smith did have good tastes at one time and he hired the Stephen Silver who later on designed the Kim Possible characters.

Dude King of the Hill went on for 13 Seasons. You don’t get “screwed” and have a show for over 10 years.

No cartoon ever truly needs more than 10 seasons anyway.

It was screwed later on. Remember, the ratings declined during the mid-to-late-2000s given that sporting events went overtime on Fox, resulting a Sunday Animation Domination schedule to be completely rough on edges with its time schedule. This explains why King of the Hill moved to other time slots before it got cancelled in 2009 for good. The show was picked for syndication for reruns on Adult Swim, which included a couple other unaired episodes.

The one time I can actually respect the "trumps chosen." Also today is the 26th anniversary of this holiday animated classic that doesn't even mention Christmas

You still get a lot of wintery imagery, the song is once upon a December and of I still remember playing with that little train you could get in bk kids meals...good lord these memories.


Anyways before this old man gets too sentimental, name more holiday (Thanksgiving to Christmas) animated movies that don't directly mention said holidays. Go
 
So here's a question that I'm sure will get the almonds shaking, can anyone name a moment in any recent animation (be it industry/web/etc.) that would make youngsters here and now shit their pants growing up? I mean moments like in Courage or Salad fingers that's very obviously meant to disturb and cause unease when watching it.
I know it's probably hard to gauge what would constitute as "scary childhood moments" in current year since we're all grown ups now, but even still if a piece of media can cause me to feel unnerved just a little, then surely that's gotta be terrifying for someone young and still new to the world.
Only examples I could think off the top of my head is Elsagate and Analog Horror featuring cartoon characters. The former is disturbing to think about just how many toddlers were exposed to things like gore, scat, pregnancy, weird fetish shit under the guise of crude Elsa and Mickey Mouse cartoons. The latter is a lame attempt at capturing scary moments with a VHS filter that's not scary (imo), but somehow the zoom zooms are still terrified of it.

Adult Swim

They got material like Jack Stauber uploaded within this decade that would cause at least some unease.
 
The third (and final) season of Hilda drops onto Netflix (the high seas for me) December 7th. 7 episodes and a 70-minute finale.

Least she's not a pooner (for now) I legit can belive the "non binary" thing IS a phase for attention. Either they (collective use of they btw) grow out of it when nobody cared Any more or do cross the troon boundary and get the needle then the knife.

Fuck off, Bless the Harts was kino, and was even approved by Mike Judge himself. It's a shame that Fox screwed over this and Duncanville.

i damn well hope so, if she poons out I'll be fuckin mad, it'll leave a sour taste in what is a genuinely great tv show

Well yes, it's a very decent, well written show. Granted it's not diehard hilarious and it has its flaws, especially when there are points where it shows some zoomer technology, but take away that and it's still a pretty funny show, and that can be contributed to series co-creator Mike Scully, who in my opinion, is the most underappreciated showrunner for The Simpsons during the late-90s through early-2000s
