See, the thing is half the time the storyboards look like shit anyway (I've seen bts materials, they're usually no better than a rough pencil of a comic page and sometimes are nothing more than scribbles). It usually varies, but the impact of SU's off model nature is because of the lack of dedicated model sheets, something most shows have. Retakes are also incredibly useful to have when more glaring errors pop up, something I'm fairly sure that show also lacked given the constant size changes and occasional technical issues.

In older shows usually animation style changes between episodes. Like, 1 studio did episode A, another did episode B, but animation was consistent within this episode. Fans had fave animation teams.
Meanwhile in Steven Universe style and proportions can change from scene to scene. Also, simpler animation designs does not help, it's more jarring than with characters with more realistic proportions and more details. And more visibly hand-drawn look in older shows makes us more acceptng of mistakes.

Boarders in SU are paired by their writing style being complimentary anyway, not by how well they draw together/how similarly they can draw.

Combs is probably my second favorite scarecrow with the best of course being Robert Englund (probably . one of the greatest casting choices ever)

He and Riddler were going to be used in JLU season 3 to complete the Legion of Doom homage (Minus Braniac and grundy because they were both game ended) but WB said no because of the tism that was the Bat Embargo (Despite Scarecrow not being in The Batman and their being no possible way to confuse Marilyn Manson Riddler and Cilian Murphy's Scarecrow for their DCAU counterparts)

At least we got Combs as question

I watched 4th ep of The Owl House, the best one so far, probably because it is mostly about Eda's secret. I still dislike main character and style of humor. I will give it maybe 3 more episodes and quit.
Not a bad show, but probably just not for me and so far not as phenomental as people write.

If it makes you feel any better, folks on 4chan and any other chan are likely only watching it for fetish-related reasons. Most people consider it inferior to Star Vs./Gravity Falls.

I've watched the first 4 and episode 5 just today, and like Amphibia before it, it's actually growing on me. In fact, if I had to compare the episodes so far...

2 == 4 == 5 >>> 3 >>>>>> 1.

Hopefully, this show can stay as consistent in quality as episodes 2, 4, and 5 for me. That pilot (1) didn't do this show any real justice in my eyes, honestly.

People are more annoyed with more canon parings being left out of it, although two of those are lesbo ships (Princess Bubblegum/Marceline and Ruby/Sapphire).

Unfortunately the Tweet is mostly filled with Lapidot shippers praising said tweet and some of them are entering genuine sperg territory by saying the Tweet means the ship's canon to the show.

Alright, I realize this is incredibly stupid of me, but I gonna do it anyway, because this this may actually be more stupid.

The main pairing in TTG has always been Beast Boy and Raven. Like, it’s the most consistent thing in the entire show, and something that fans of the original actually like about this version. Any time they had an episode about Beast Boy and Terra, it was a joke that Terra was clearly and blatently evil and just using Beast Boy, and Beast Boy was to lovesick stupid to notice. Like it had scenes of Raven actually being fairly pissed off/jealous about it.

So why the fuck would you treat it as a legitimate thing?
