What Are The Worst Character Designs You Have Ever Seen?

Okay so I did not grow up with Cyberchase and I just learned that it exists today but what the fuck is up with these boring ass character designs and that horrid art style?

God, this shit is ugly.
It's tame honestly. Then again, the majority of cartoons during the 90s and 2000s had more (albeit intentional) grotesque designs

As a kid I figured they wanted to keep it "math-y". It's the sort of designs that wouldnt seem out of place in math textbooks or flashgames at the time.

These stupid fucking things, I don't know what they're called but I think they look retarded.

It's a young woman with big boobs, what of it? You think every late teenager is short and flat-chested?

Alright, I was wrong on the age, this is one of those cases where the official age seems arbitrarily low, but just saying “high-schooler” makes it sound like we're talking 16-18, not 14-15.
Also,
>teenagers don't dress like that
Believe me, dress codes exist for good reason. I saw way too many girls wearing the skimpiest things they could get away with throughout high school to say otherwise.

>imagine defending such a ridiculous pornshit design
>imagine thinking that's what large breast look like
I wish male characters were degraded as much as females. Where are the warriors wearing thong armor with their balls spilling out?

They really need to take language, age and cultural barriers into account but we know stans never consider such nuance. I doubt Takeuchi meant Uranus is literally some kind of in-between, word of god can be flawed and in this instance I think we have a case of 'what is a butch lesbian' as described by a literal boomer. It looks like she was trying to be poetic about it but it comes out poorly in English when you don't have transgoggles strapped to your head.
It's like how people view otokonoko. By just writing it off as trans they slap another culture's understanding in the face because it doesn't line up with how they think. It's missing the point of how other cultures develop these things because what peolpe (mostly in the western world) don't seem to get is that other cultures are different for very obvious reasons.

On topic I don't mind most of the designs in One Piece but Speed's is one i can definitely say is among the worse. My eyes can only see Oda's way of drawing women with half a horse body sticking out the back and I think that was the point but it still looks stupid. View attachment Speed_Anime_Concept_Art.webp

A very messy and awful design of Kraven the Hunter from a run of Spider-Gwen(I don’t know the year of, there’s plenty with the same title), where they had Daredevil(Matt Murdock) as Kingpin in this universe, as well as a fan of Rick and Morty.
That Kraven design is fucking atrocious. It looks like he's wearing a Brak shirt.

I believe the rest of the comic looked like that, but I unfortunately don’t remember which run it’s from. I only know of it because a friend wanted me to see it cause he knows I’m more of a Marvel guy and he wants to share his suffering with me.

The art style is fine, but the worst thing that happened to it was when it switched over to a bad flash animation that all PBS Kids shows switched over to after budget cuts in 2012.

At first I thought it was something where you draw on a balloon, but after squinting at the instructions, seems like it's a coloring in on the flat paper, then you turn it 3D by bending the strips or something. Just a weird art and craft thing aimed at kids to keep them quiet for an hour or so.

That's the kevel of arts & crafts we're pushing on our kids now. *sigh*
