What Are You Craving? - A Sister Thread to What Are You Eating/Cooking?

Variety Cheesecake.

I'm going to be making it tomorrow for christmas parties, but I really want it now.
I'll be portioning each one so I have an extra one all for myself too. Since I'm gonna be making strawberry, caramel, oreo, nutella, and then a random one I'll prolly think of. I've heard using maple syrup might be good.

So I have all these chocolates, cheeses, jello, and syrups in my fridge right now and the smell is driving me fucking nuts. I really should've bought extra cream cheese so I can make some bars.
 
I'm wish I could spend my raise on speciality cheese from Whole Foods.

Maybe in march when I can afford it.
 
I was craving Pizza Hut for some reason, ordered it and it might be one of the worse pizzas I had the last few years. I'm still thinking if I should just throw the leftovers away. Almost no sauce, some slices have nearly no cheese, laughably small amount of extras (onion in my case) which also tastes way too strong.

Posting it here coz there's no cheese thread, what is good blue cheese? Is there blue cheese that's too old?
Have you tried this brand? It's not as strong as the french kind, it has a somewhat bellybuttony aroma but the flavor is like sharp feta and it's fucking delicious.
