What are you playing right now?

I got Codename Steam for like 7 bucks new a few mouths. I wanted to say what the game's deal was since Nintendo advertise the shit out of it before launch. I thought it might not be good since I've literately seen tons of copies of it at various gamestops I've visited. But Playing it for a little bit i found it to be a pretty solid game that is really bland. My biggest complaint so far is that is a RPG that doesn't fully commit to being a RPG. It plays just fine, but so far of what i played I didn't really need to think too much. I think the reason why most folks didn't really bother with is that it dosen't look like a interesting game to play.

I'm trying to get back into Rainbow Six: Siege. Anyone have pointers? I haven't played since Buch and Frost were the new operators.

Just got done with my first playthrough of FFXV.
I really enjoyed this game, even if it has some problem (Chapter 13 can suck a dick), I had fun with it.

2 of 3 DLC story packs for DA2. Mark of the Assassin was.. interesting. Still have Legacy to play, but I'm holding off on that until I reach (well, re-reach) Act 3.

Too bad Tallis doesn't stay with you or comes back after you play her DLC. (I still have to get my hands on Exiled Prince, too but oh well. I heard Sebastian's romance is sweet like Leliana's. Just without the sex scene.)

Astroneer it's so amazingly relaxing. I love the art style most of all and how you can see other planets pass by in the sky. A little barebones on the content, but I can't say I've regretted it at all.

Trying to finish the game at the moment and I'm one round away from the semifinals in story mode. Pretty much kinda like a party game with a mix of fighting.

Currently playing the ps3 hd remaster of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas, I've heard a lot of people say that this version is inferior to the ps2 version, but I really can't play that version anymore because it looks so fuzzy, I don't know if it's my tv or the game itself, but I needed a better looking version to play this game on. Plus this version actually has checkpoints so it makes having to restart missions a whole lot less annoying.

^ What size TV are you playing games on? PS2 games were still primarily designed for standard definition CRT sets & don't usually look too good blown up to screen sizes exceeding 40 inches or so. Or do other PS2 games still look okay on your television & the fuzziness is limited to GTA: San Andreas?

I looked up advice for how to make PS2 games look best on HDTV and the consensus seems to be to use component cables (the ones where the video signal is split 3 ways with individual cables for Red, Green, and Cyan) if that's an option. I, however, only have a relatively-tiny-by-HDTV-standards 26" LCD screen so PS2 games still look decent on mine when played in 4:3.

EDIT (9:25pm): If we're being honest, GTA: San Andreas never had the greatest graphics even by PS2 standards. Most 3D fighting games on PS2 had much better character models and most racing games on PS2 had much more detailed automobiles (even when running at 60fps), but San Andreas is an open world game with a lot happening on the screen at once so the graphics had to sacrifice some detail for the sake of versatility.

Playing Pokemon Sun

Just captured Solgaleo, and I'll be building up my team a bit more and buying a lot of shit before I attempt the Elite Four.

Digimon Cyber Sleuth on Vita all good except for that dyke who's in charge of evolving shit. Fuck off with the flirting bitch I'm trying to digivolve my Augemon here.

I'm about to attempt to install Binding of Isaac Antibirth as I wait for Far Cry 4 to download.

How is it? I was a massive fan of the Digimon world games and have played the majority of them besides 4 and the wonder swan games, last I played was translated Redigitize for the PSP

And myself I've recently gotten back into Age of Empires II:HD
Been playing it a lot since I picked up all the expansions on the cheapo, having a blast with the new campaigns and mp

You should buy it. I don't give a single fuck about Digimon and even I'm having a blast.

Damn it I'll probably love it, going to be a scumbag and wait for the system to blown wide open before I bite though although it does have a nice line up

Reloaded did a cracked release of the latest expansion for The Sims 4 (City Living) back on Christmas, so I decided to check it out.

My impressions:
+: Graphics are nice, and it all runs smoother than the ridiculously unstable Sims 3.
+: Socialization and other interactions between Sims are more fluid and less clunky. I really like it.
?: After two years and several expansions, it has just as much content as the vanilla Sims 2 on release. wow, EA.
-: I miss the open world.
-: I miss the object customization features from TS3. I suppose it was removed because it was a threat to potential EA DLC profits.
---: Dear EA, just how could you fuck up the interface so bad?! In the previous games, everything was easily accessible from a single panel in the lower left corner of the screen. Now we have this minimalist shit, with actions and moods being in one corner of the screen, Build menu in another, and Sim needs and detailed information hidden in a tiny panel in the lower right corner. Accessing everything quickly is no longer an option, but hey, there's Tumblr gender customization options now*. The target audience loves playing as troons, apparently.

*also well-hidden, because even EA doesn't give a shit about them.

Postal Redux, its pretty good if you don't think about the edgy killing cops aspect of it and just see it as a top down shooter.

and I got into Overwatch even though I owned it for a while, it's really good and the winter events are great.
