What are you playing right now?

Found a cheap copy of Spider-Man: Miles Morales and I enjoyed it. The story was a little weak compared to the first game, and I think the whole "Everyone needs to accept him as a valid Spider-Man" thing was a little overdone, but the virtue signalling was low and the venom powers were fun. Also, I still love swinging around the city. Looking forward to Spiderman 2.

I'm playing Monster Hunter World and enjoying it a lot. I'm the kind of artist who finds grinding for items and materials relaxing, kind of like a zen garden, so this game has been lots of fun for me.

Been playing a bit of Snowrunner again. Slow and infuriating, but fun and relaxing at the same time.

Playing a lot of HOI4 lately: latest game saw the partition of the Soviet Union between the German Reich and Japan.

Diablo immortal. It's probably the best mobile game I've played. But it is disgustingly pay to win with an insane amount of micro transactions. I wonder how far I can get as completely free to play before I hit the wall.
I've been doing fine with just the free chest a day. But I'm only like level 27 or so.

Bought to start the game Erica today.

Been playing a lot of that new Evil Dead game. Fun stuff when you aren’t getting paddled by cheaters and exploits.

Escape From Tarkov, more specifically a singleplayer modded version of it. Game's a whole lot more fun when you don't have poopsockers and twitch fags.

I'm currently playing the NieR Replicant definitive edition and the Famicom game Sweet Home. Sweet Home is one of the first survival horror games ever but it's held up surprisingly well. It has an amazing dark and spooky atmosphere and it combines tradition jrpg combat with the inventory management and exploration found in survival horror really well. Resident Evil original started out as a remake of this game. It's also probably one of the goriest games on the Famicon/NES

My youngest brother is 10 years younger than me, so decided to be the “cool big brother” and introduce him to the three Darkstalkers games from my old arcade hopping days. He finally knows where Morrigan comes from, but has settled on Felicia as his main (I’m still kicking ass with my old favorite B.B Hood)

Not sure why but I booted up Smash Ultimate on my switch again and decided to play some online matches. So probably not my best idea.

Jokes aside, it's fun if you can just handle the more aggravating playstyles.
I'm also reminded of how much of how weird balance can be at times. There's so many top-tiers that don't see much use among casuals or competitive players despite pretty much everyone saying "yeah, they're incredibly strong".

Been playing Demon Souls. Just got to the bit with the grim reapers and I'm malding a bit, I thought they were minibosses and would stay dead. Kill me.

Just curious, why do you guys even bother with the f2p games? You clearly know what you're getting into and that you're going to get stuck if you don't eventually fork over the money.

No bully, I just never understood why people do that.

Pretty much I just play casually to do the story campaign. Done it with Rift and ESO too. When it gets extremely PTW I stop playing.

Just to mess around really. It seems you can get very far in immortal but the p2w shows its ugly head when you get to min maxing your gear, ultimately being overpowered in pvp

I ordered the Deathsmiles collection from Simply Limited and it finally arrived. It's great that the DLC is already included. Holy fuck, I forgot how the game forces you to play a level 999 difficulty after a few rounds. It's tough, but fun. Never played the Christmas themed sequel, but this will keep me busy until the Capcom Fighting Collection arrives.

Beat Adventure mode on Hard as Togera in War of the Monsters.

In another thread I got all salty over how hard and annoying the game can be, but once you start to understand the game a bit better, practice air recoveries and take full advantage of your environment, it's not too bad.

Overall, still an awesome game, but it would be great if it got remade, fixed some bugs and oversights (like Metro City only being playable when playing with two monsters, not sure what that's about). As well as add in four player mode.

Have you tried Stalker Anomaly with the Escape From Pripyat mod pack? It might be up your alley.
