What are you playing right now?

American Truck Simulator recently came out with a multiplayer expansion. I've been playing around with the CB radio feature, which adds extra immersion by adding radio static and a roger beep after you release it.

I have two cRPG's I still haven't finished despite it having been YEARS since I started (Underrail, Pillars) and I refuse to buy any more until I get those sorted. I occasionally make about 10-20 hours of progress only to put it on the back burner again for 3-18 months.

In the meantime I feel guilty about not having finished those two so I can't in good conscience buy any new games or even start playing others I've already bought. Sometimes I make an exception for an indie game if it's short enough or Japanese eroge when noFap rots my brain. Or I put yet another 100 hours into Rimworld because it never ends, or binge through a 20-hour Civ game in one sitting.

All rambling aside the only game I've played in the past few weeks is Recettear. It's... not bad.

I really wish I had a gaymen PC back when /v/ was turbo sperging about that SCP Secret Lab game. I really liked the whole SCP thing back before it got raped, and the threads about the game on /v/ sounded so damn fun. Not just from the sperg humor, but it sounded like how awesome Resident Evil Outbreak was back when it first came out.

Shit, I really wish I was there for that.

Is Tales Of Berseria any good (...)
Yes!
Just finished up the Yuito path on Scarlet Nexus. It's one of those games I really liked but also thought almost everything in this game could have been done better if that makes sense. Think i'm going to replay Trails of Cold Steel 4 and by the time I work through that i'll go through Kasane's story.
I just finished Kasane's path and am about to start Yuito's. I thought the game was for most part pretty amazing while the writing was for most part pretty shit.

Recently started playing Conquest, a 1992 DOS Risk-like. Currently 0-2.

Decided to try Death Stranding out. Like it so far. Wish I could set the balance button to toggle. Pretty cutscene heavy, but I expected that from a Kojima game. Haven't seen any homo demens yet.

Skyward Sword HD, and it's my first time playing the game too. It's decent, and it's nice to have a more traditional 3D Zelda title on the Switch (not slagging on Breath of the Wild, but I felt it strayed too far in a few areas) but this game is proof that linear games can be just as padded as some open world games.

Do a bunch of busywork between dungeons, fight the goofy black monster three times (seriously, what the hell kind of monster design is that?), and find three lyrics to a song! Bear in mind that I'm playing the "streamlined" version, everything would be so much slower in the original version.

I'm genuinely impressed that Nintendo found a way to make such a linear game feel so bloated.

Library of Ruina. It's a pretty good game. near urban nightmare, give me good builds pls

Playing Metroid Fusion for the first time. A bit linear, but I’m enjoying it so far

Just bought Bastion, Transistor, and Pyre. Always had an eye on all three but never got around to checking them out until now. Played the opening of each and they all seem fun so i'm just going to go in order and focus on Bastion first.

Started yet another Deus Ex (with the GMDX mod) playthrough, going to try avoiding all combat stats. Should be interesting, I don't know the last time I've attempted it.

Assassin's Creed odyssey for PS4 and Vampire the masquerade bloodlines on PC. Also started another run of Half Life. My no death run always ends at we've got hostiles.

Beat Minit. Not as fun as I had hoped.
Hell Is For Other Demons was pretty fun, but gets repetitive.

Tried it, but couldn't get into it properly. Any suggestions?

Just finished Yakuza Like a Dragon, was my first Yakuza game and can't believe it took me so long to discover the series.

Picked up the entire backlog of Yakuza games from Steam and even just got Judgment on PS5 for when i'm done with Yakuza 6. Playing through Yakuza 0 now about half way through, really enjoying it.

Also recently got the ascent but not a big fan of it, plus there are a ton of bugs with it. Might wait for them to patch a few things out.
