Your list is bad and you should feel bad... assuming you're wanting an honest assessment and actually viewing it as a legitimate of it's time great that stands up to still be made comparison to in future generations. If your goal is to say something that is overly praised by the critic class undeservedly, than The Last of Us was an inspired choice. I guess it depends on how you view Citizen Kane...

By my first definition above the Citizen Kane of gaming is pretty undisputedly Super Mario 64. It's not my favorite game just like Citizen Kane isn't most people's favorite movie, but be reputation and impact on release I don't feel anything else fits that particular comparison better.
 
Objectively speaking it's Mario 64 or Ocarina of Time. Citizen Kane is notable not so much for its plot as its filmography, pioneering then-revolutionary techniques that we now take for granted because literally every film uses them. Every game in the poll owes much of its DNA to one or both of those N64 classics- in the case of Soulsborne and Shadows of the Colossus, upwards of 90% of that DNA.
