Friday, I made us bulgogi kimbap.
Yesterday, my husband made us tacos with skirt steak- he marinated it in mostly lime juice, pepper, and soy sauce, we got some of those smaller street-style corn tortillas, and had them with a bunch of cilantro and white onion.
Today, I went back to the store and they had paneer! The lady who works at the cheese counter said she ordered it especially for me and to just let me know when I next need her to do it, so I filled in one of those appreciation cards in-store and with corporate. I'll be making saag paneer with spinach and mustard greens as well as aromatics and spices of course, and I think I'm feeling well enough to make some homemade naan so I'll probably get started on the dough in a few minutes so it's ready to bake at dinnertime.
