I’ve apparently been on a canning kick again, I had coupons, so I made 13 pints of all berry jam. It was five pounds strawberries, two and a half pounds of blueberries, two and a half pounds of blackberries, and ten pounds of sugar. Turned out really good.
The immersion blender is fucking great for it, makes the jam perfectly smooth with like no effort.
