What have you recently eaten?

Steamed salmon over a bed of rice and a side of vegetables from a little hole in the wall restaurant. I wasn't expecting much and just wanted something not fried, but they know how to steam a fish. They don't skimp on the servings either, you get two meals out of that unless you're really hungry

I made some spicy korean chicken with vegetables (no rice). I let it marinate for a few days. It says 2 hours is ideal for marinating but I swear it was insanely strong. The best part is its super easy to make.

Found some cheap cartons of liquid egg whites, so I've been LARPing as Jerry Seinfeld with egg white omelets,

I don't know if it's just my imagination, but they seem to take longer to congeal and cook.

Lunch. Chicken and Cheese quesadilla, quarter of a cosmic apple, and a thing of yogurt

Half-appetizer, half dip. Best used with pita bread or to compliment your meals almost like a sauce.

I was going to say half-spread and half-dip.

I guess it depends on the consistency of the hummus.

It's definitely spreadable with a knife but tends to be more watery/thinner than things like peanut butter or cream cheese.

Leftover tortillas.

nice, a more satisfying than I expected
wendy's gimmick burgers can come up _really_ short some times

I live in East Asia, so I live off of the typical rice and fish. In North America for some business stuff at the moment, so I've been trying to branch out but the food here keeps making me sick. I did eat an apple pie which was tasty
