What have you recently eaten?

Tonight was a bag of chips and part of a soda. Didn't eat earlier today because of an upset stomach, and now I have to eat garbage because of my bad choices.

Last night I had a sandwich with sliced turkey, pepperoni, dill pickles, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, cayenne powder, reaper paste, a dash of reaper powder, and a few shakes of Trader Joe's smoked ghost pepper flakes mainly for the flavor, on some twelve-grain bread. I also had a romaine lettuce salad with tomato and egg, and I ate a couple of carrots that needed to be used because they were starting to get bendy.

One word...
So fucking glad I made like a fucktunne of this dish back on Saturday.

Got atleast another week of fine dining left in that giant tupperware container.

Out of town all day, got a bag of these dried banana pieces with peanut butter on the way home for lunch/dinner and they were awful. Like shitty balls of sugary wax.

I literally just finished a last bite of a Subway foot long leftover from yesterday, because I simply couldn't get it down then.

Papa Johns buffalo wings and a 32oz Victoria beer. Usually I get a Corona Familiar but I hadn't had Victoria in a while so I figured I'd try it since the gas station had it in big boy size. Meh. Wings were about what I expected. Okay for half-off and picked up. I recall the regular 12oz bottles of Victoria tasting better. It tasted more like how regular ass clear bottle Corona tasted. Definitely going back to Familiars.

One of those protein bars that look like chocolate wafers, because I crave sugar but still want to tell myself I’m eating healthy.

Also, red wine. Just a tiny bit.

Topside Roast Beef with roasted potatoes, carrots and sweet potatoes...sauteed green beans in garlic as an addition.

With a glass of a rather cheeky Cab Sav.

I feel quite fulfilled. And filled.

Also, red wine. Just a tiny bit.

Excellent. A dash of red is good for you!

Two nights ago? The best roast I've had in a while courtesy of a new set of shearing equipment allowing me to trim the fat off, paired with potatoes and carrots. This morning? Nuked cheese steak from last night's dinner; which thanks to its innate greasiness didn't dry out.
