What have you recently eaten?

Just got an air fryer and have been fine tuning fries and other shit I've usually deep fried in the past. Also welcome to modern appliance world where the first thing a new appliance does is start talking to other appliances and connecting to the Internet and shit.
I have a fondness for the deep oven pan,if that's what it is called in english. Don't use a baking sheet, use flour, work it out to the edges. It won't stick and it won't pick up any flavor of the pan. If you use no flour it will taste iron:ish, if it is a black pan and I can see you are not using that...
You mean a cast iron skillet? Those are great for making home oven pizzas.

I use a slightly modified version of what Adam Ragusea has made a few videos about. Spread the sauce and topping all the way out so it's at the edge of the pizza and even between the edge and the metal itself, so it gets crispy and caramelized. The general trick is doing it on the stovetop and then finishing it in the oven, maybe with a minute or so on the broil setting at the end to get the top browned.

I'm eating dried mulberries right now. They're very sweet, surprisingly so, easily outdoing any other dried fruit I've ever tried. I think raisins have roughly the same sugar amount, but they're a bit more sour.

I've been eating so much veggie pho with beef broth. It's so damn good, relatively healthy (high in salt) and fills me up pretty good. Only problem is a small bowl is now $13 or more where I'm at.

Nissin hot & spicy fire wok sizzlin rich pork flavor
Threw in the debris from the bottom of a few bags of pork rinds
Nice stuff. Noticably hot similar to their chicken flavor.
More of a sludge sauce by design and the rind dust thickened it more

Salt isn't really bad for you unless your blood pressure is high. The problem is that it's really easy to lose track of it considering how widespread it is on most foodstuffs, just like sugar. In moderation it's actually fine for your body!

I bought some veggies on a sale so I'm having salads every day while I still can lol!

Lettuce and carrots are neat, I usually add vinegar, salt and olive oil with some seasonings to add a little spice to it. Rosemary and oregano really add to the dish!

Made the base sauce forCioppono and froze it into serving sizes. Took out the last frozen base added fish (hake), mussels, and shrimp. It was wonderful on this cool evening.

My favorite hangover cure. It's fucking delicious but you'll feel like a complete fucking fatass after.

Fried egg (in lard if I have it) over easy, chicken fried steak sandwich with mayo on some homemade white bread.

It's delicious, gets rid of the headache and the shakes but it'll really get you nauseous on account of the grease and fat, so I'll mix some baking soda in water and throw that down the hatch.

Greek yoghurt with honey and pomegranate seeds. Damn tasty. With honey I think it is really worth it buying the more expensive stuff. I buy local honey from a little shop here that has all kinds of interesting stuff, special types of tea, herbal medicines etc

The best hangover cure I ever had was after a couple of cases of St. Pauli Girl and was a steak and eggs breakfast at Denny's with a giant New York strip.

I've never had a breakfast that good again. It turned me from a stumbling retard into a functional human.

Pastelón (Puerto Rican Plantain "Lasagna") it was interesting to say the least - Pastelón is a classic Puerto Rican dish made with layers of thinly-sliced plantains, ground beef, and cheese! Think of it as a Puerto Rican version of lasagna. It's the perfect casserole to make for a potluck or family gathering.
