Just got an air fryer and have been fine tuning fries and other shit I've usually deep fried in the past. Also welcome to modern appliance world where the first thing a new appliance does is start talking to other appliances and connecting to the Internet and shit.

I use a slightly modified version of what Adam Ragusea has made a few videos about. Spread the sauce and topping all the way out so it's at the edge of the pizza and even between the edge and the metal itself, so it gets crispy and caramelized. The general trick is doing it on the stovetop and then finishing it in the oven, maybe with a minute or so on the broil setting at the end to get the top browned.
You mean a cast iron skillet? Those are great for making home oven pizzas.I have a fondness for the deep oven pan,if that's what it is called in english. Don't use a baking sheet, use flour, work it out to the edges. It won't stick and it won't pick up any flavor of the pan. If you use no flour it will taste iron:ish, if it is a black pan and I can see you are not using that...
