If you're going to eat that, good job grinding it yourself, I assume from a single cut of beef. I wouldn't do this with grocery store ground beef. I usually don't eat raw beef but I sometimes like a medium-rare burger so I sous vide it at a lower temperature for longer. You can even do it rare at 130F but it takes two hours to be definitely safe.I was tapping into my German ancestry and made a tiger meat sandwich. Yes, that's raw beef.
