I hope you're not throwing those egg yolks out. You can salt cure them into something that tastes amazing grated onto stuff:I have a little yolk separator that I got at walmart for a dollar. You just crack the egg into it and it's like a little spoon with a hole in it and the egg white pours through but the yolk stays in the spoon.

Literally all you need to make cacio e pepe is a block of cheese (pecorino is traditional but parmesan works), spaghetti, salt, pepper and a bit of olive oil. Its retarded to buy it frozen it's literally the kind of thing you make when you're drunk or brokeFrozen cacio e pepe bag. I really liked it.
Like I knew I was never going to spin that shit up myself, but the bag meal was surprisingly bright and interesting. The part I found most interesting is the sauce was spaced throughout the bag in what I would call a butter pat but I realize that's trailer talk, more, the sauce was frozen in various places in the bag in rectangle shapes, so while the dish heated the sauce liquidated down in an even manner in a way I don't expect from a stupid frozen bag meal. My family tend to eat heavy, so the light bright noodle dish was a welcome distraction from current problems.
I'd buy it again, but as I got it at a discount market I'll likely never see it again. But it was a nice light reprieve from heavy shit.
If you have a Trader Joe's near you, they have a jar of cacio e pepe sauce, and ravioli in that flavor. They used to have a frozen one like what you described, but it was discontinued. Maybe your disability prevents you from being able to open jars, though.Frozen cacio e pepe bag. I really liked it.
