What have you recently eaten?

I attempted to make a gluten free, dairy free meatloaf using equal proportions of ground beef, black beans and potatoes. I haven't eaten it yet but it crumbles to the touch. Pray for the redemption of my soul.

Pork teriyaki from the joint next to my office. I was only able to eat half of it, but I guess that means I also have dinner taken care of tonight. Nothing special about it, sometimes average teriyaki can hit the spot, though

Pulled chicken with bacon and spinach on a scratch-made piece of pita.

Just use gluten free bread crumbs. Also egg helps for binding. I like red lentils in my loaf

Coffee with cream, sugar, milk, and caramel 'n some bacon sandwiches. I love me some bacon sandwiches.

Hit the buffet. Pork, goat, ox tail, krab rangoons, quesitos, some other stuff.

My meatloaf is actually passable, BUT I have to give it one hell of a second cooking (pan frying). It crumbles like a Latin American economy though. Because of the potato filler, the second cooking leaves a nice crust.

I had a "mini" helping of Loco Moco with a Spam Musubi side and a Pistachio Mileshake for dessert. It was a celebration dinner!

I had for dinner some lentils soup. Tomorrow it will be smashed with some garlic and served with some ''filetes rusos'' (fried grounded meat) I love my stews despite the heat, they are one of the more versatile plates. You can eat for as much as 3 days with a chicken and meat soup, and with the left over meat, you just roll it into some mass of bechamel and breadcrumb, fry it, add some roasted green or red peppers then finally you will have a delicious meal.

one of those hypercheap snack pack vanilla pudding cups that don't need refrigeration
it was refrigerated because cold pudding is nice, stirred in raspberry preserves
eerily similar to the mcdonalds strawberry sunday

Having one of my tactical hurricane supply iced honey buns. This test of emergency preparedness is tasty and frosted.
