What if Chris made Myth of the Legendary Warrior and Hero Team, and tried to copy the style of Powerpuff Girls?

If he had gone to college and failed to get his degree, he would say "The important thing is I tried." If he simply did not go to college, he would double-down and talk about how he was an honor roll student in high school. Either way, not much would change. It's not like he learned a great deal about... anything in college. His degree is just another gold star so far as he's concerned.

Either he'd go with "the important thing is I tried" or I'm sure he'd pinpoint a name to blame for his having failed graduation.

But didn't Chris learn the rudiments of graphic design on the CADD course that enabled him to go on to create the works of art we all enjoy today? Perhaps he'd have focused on endeavours other than visual storytelling.

Or his creative output might have been completely limited to skinning and naming his Animal Crossing character..

With Liquid, though, it was all just fake Internet money, something that Chris probably realized on some deep, dark level of his psyche that recognizes he is not worth impersonating. But now that actual money is at stake...

Call it a compromise: He'd make a rage-licious Facebook post and try to turn over the impostor to the eBay police. The latter will work about as well as every other time Chris deigns to appeal to a higher authority.

You know... this made me think:

What if Chris' Art was en par with the art of Rob Liefield? Can you imagine a scowling Sonichu with giant shoulderpads and Rosechus with impossible hip-to-waist ratios?
Goddamnit, I now want this so badly.

Even if he could afford to go back Mary Lee Walsh would likely take notice and have him expelled again considering the fact that he continued to stalk and harass her years after he left school and pretty much ruined her reputation by having her as one of the main characters in his comic

I'm rather sure MLW is only dimly aware of her Sonichu infamy, if at all. Not all people are as Intarwebz-imersed as we are, especially not an elderly college dean.

Also, Chris could try to get into a different college. Preferably one with a high SJW population.

True. College administrators deal with a lot of bullshit. PVCC has 5-6 thousand students at any given time, and she spends most of her time dealing with the very few who are most problematic. As an instructor, I had a student start praying loudly and then speaking in tongues in a plagiarism hearing with myself and the dean. That case was only taken to the dean because none of the rest of us knew what to do. So after decades of college administration, I am sure she has dozens of ridiculous stories. Chris is just one of them.

Edit: But that also means deans tend to have low tolerance for bullshit and a well-developed bullshit detector. To a certain extent, I don't feel as bad for MLW as some others do here (with the exception of Chris doxing of her, which was not great). I would guess she was very well equipped to deal with him. She isn't some innocent old lady. She is a professional at dealing with probemetic college students who has risen to a fairly high position.

What if Chris was a really big metalhead (more than surface level)? What bands would he listen to? What would he talk about online? How would this affect his work?

He'd listen to Winger. But he'd still talk about Sonichu. But his work may end up having a Heavy Metal influence on it, and a scrawl of Rosechu riding a Charizard while wielding a fuck-off huge sword can't entirely be a bad thing.
