Containment What If?

I think with Barb out of the picture Bob would just maybe make Chris grow up just a little bit I also think he wouldn't let Chris dress up as a tomgirl as often.

I think Chris wouldn't even consider going full Tomgirl. At that point if Bob was the only one left standing, he would have implemented major changes into Chris' lifestyle.

It depends on how the saga works out.

If trolling is done correctly which produces a lot of lulz, you'll get a new Chris.

If trolling is done with complete terrible epic weenery, lame forced sagas, trollshielding etc., you'll get a forced meme that nobody cares about.

If Bob did try to implement major changes into Chris' lifestyle, it would be met with some resistance before Bob says "Aww, to hell with it." If Bob try to make changes, they wouldn't do much to help Chris aside from not really becoming a tom-girl. He wouldn't make changes that would land Chris any kind of the easiest, simplest part-time job or even have him remove most of Barb's horded junk.

I think Chris would be more miserable if Barb died instead, for a number of reasons actually.

1) He's closer to Barb and seemed to resent Bob before his passing.

2) Bob would still be taking a large portion of his tugboat.

3) Related to No. 2, he wouldn't be able to buy an iPhone, PSVita unless he saved up (fat chance) and thus less vidya and shopping to distract himself from his depression.

4) Bob would probably force him to continue going to church to worship a God he now hates and wouldn't tolerate his blasphemy (maybe...)

5) As Henry Bemis pointed out, the 28/Oct/11 incident was inevitable, but without Barb exasperating the situation it probably wouldn't have escalated into criminal charges. But as a result, Chris might not have hired a hooker to lose his virginity as fear of going to prison was what spurred him into finally paying that $100, so he might have continued to be miserable about his hated virgin status.

6) Bob was the much older parent in his mid 80's and in very poor health when he died, while Barb is only now in her early 70's. Barb, even with her poor health, probably has another 10 years left in her, if not more. Chris likely understands this and probably rationalizes it like "It's ok. Mommy is still young, so I still have time to find my heartsweet/replacement mommy". But if Barb died first, Bob would likely follow not long after and knowing that, Chis would be even more desperate to find a new host organism and be constantly terrified at the prospect of being all alone, unlike now where those thoughts are only in the back of his mind.

Well, Chris would be out of the house more, or at least for longer periods, and no one will tell him that they might keel demselves 'cuz Chris-Chin's been out too long.

Let's assume he tard rages hard enough to commit to a fight instead of backing down. How would he fare against an average person? Is there a fight he could actually win?

Re: What if Our Pet Lolcow got into a fistfight?

He'd impotently slap at his opponent and probably add a few Curse-ye-ha-me-ha attacks for good measure. His only real hope would be to get the other guy laughing so hard that Chris can sucker-punch him.

Otherwise, I'm not sure who he could actually beat. Even a four year old can always kick him in the shins, and walk away unimpressed.

Re: What if Our Pet Lolcow got into a fistfight?

He would probably hit like a girl like go in for a slap and insult the guys looks even if he is more attractive then Chris and get his ass beat.

Re: What if Our Pet Lolcow got into a fistfight?

Remember that episode of South Park where Cartman kept insisting that Kyle fight him, and he keeps goading him and eventually, Kyle sorta lightly taps him and then Cartman starts wailing like a baby saying "HE HIT ME!"? It'd be EXACTLY like that.

I can picture an H-game visual novel starring Chris (Think School Days, Katawa Shoujo, Saya No Uta, Bible Black, etc.) where you're the tall, thin loveable loser wandering around Manchester High School in 1999, surrounded by a harem of heroines with stereotypical anime personalities (Megan is Tsundere, for example) when suddenly the game goes all NTR and JERKS steal your gal-pals one by one. You vow revenge on them, heroically confronting them with the fabled CURSE YE HA ME HA...

At which point, the perspective suddenly shifts to that of one of the so-called jerks ("Ordinary High School Student" archetype) and the art takes on a more realistic/grimdark style as you witness a realistcally-proportioned Chris throw a bitchfit at a bunch of normal guys like you in an epic deconstruction. The game ends with a satisfying round of kick the autistic followed by a barrage of H-scenes.

/A-Log, runs

Before this, Chris's POV is presented, somewhat jokingly, without obvious flaws. From Chris's singular warped, myopic perspective, You wouldn't know something's screwed up about him unless you really between read the lines. It becomes... To use insistent TV tropes terminology, both harsher and hilarious in hindsight on your second playthrough.
I actually love this idea and insist someone turn this into reality!

It's been asked a lot, "What if Chris got into a fight?", "What if Chris got beaten up" etc., and other than the expected reply of "He'd shit himself", it's generally expected that he'd either be extremely traumatized by it or write it off as the Jerks playing a literal game of kick the autistic.

However, I think the majority of the time when people answer that question, they're picturing a man (preferably gay and/or black) doing the ass kicking and I've read numerous times on this that Chris holds women (or just the pretty ones) in higher regard than men, seemingly unable/unwilling to accept that women could or would want to do him harm (other than Megan, "The Troll Queen", I guess).

So what do any of you think would happen to Chris, if say he got desperate enough to find a replacement mommy that he actually became more aggressive in pursuing women (unlikely, but that's not the question) and his presumptuous advances causes a woman to, maybe not outright kick his ass, but knee him in the groin, slap him, spray him with mace etc.?

Obviously, that would make the girl a trolltastic outlier, as everyone (read: Chris) knows that all real girls are sweet and nice and docile and caring.

Seeing as Chris considers Family Guy to be lessons for life, and conversely the show is written for cheap laughs, I have to wonder what would happen if FG ever gave Chris a moral quandary. It's easy for him to brush off the pro-gay, pro-atheist messages, since a lot of them fly over his head. But what if Peter just looked at the camera and said "All cool people use YouTube. If you don't post YouTube videos, you're a homosexual."?

What impulse would win out in Chris's brain?

A) Follow the life lessons of FG and make videos to prove he's STRAIGHT, or,

B) Maintain his absence from videos.

Chris seems to miss the points of Family Guy. Like, an entire episode that pretty much ended with them saying how homosexuality isn't a choice just had Chris take away that Leviticus verse and he failed to see the irony of Stewie quoting it.

I imagine he would ignore it or he would do some mental gymnastics so it doesn't apply to him.

I think Chris would reason that he already did that enough times to prove his heterosexuality.

I think it would be more fun if Family Guy directly made fun of him. "Hey, Lois remember when I was drawing those Sonichu comics!" Cut to Peter dressed like classic Chris tard-raging about Adam Stackhouse or something.
