I think by the time the Bluespike saga was happening Chris was beyond saving.
By the time Chris hit high school and Bob was paying people to socialize with Chris, the ship on Chris being a normal, functioning member of society had sailed.

Chris was boned from birth. If Bob and Barb were even 10 years younger, they might have been less resistant to getting Chris into early autism intervention shit and he wouldn't have turned out a tenth as bad as he did.

Depends on what you mean by "military school". Actual, proper military schools (as in, ones that are connected to the army) are quite selective and don't want applicants who don't want to be there or can't pass the muster. Chris would have about as much chance of getting into one as he would the Bohemian Grove.

If you're talking about a TTI school marketing itself as a military school, then all bets are off, really. Considering how badly he fared in a regular community college, with rules as basic as "Don't make other students uncomfortable by holding 'attraction signs' on campus", I don't think this scenario would have been a positive experience he would have benefited from. It would probably influence the content of his Sonichu comics in a way that would add a tinge of genuine tragedy to them (since these places can be abusive and he could be legitimately mistreated there), but I don't think it would have changed the direction of his life much.

TL;DR, Chris would probably be a more traumatized person than he is in our timeline, that would reflect in his antics, and it would have just made it harder to laugh at him.

What if Chris wins the lottery?

I remembered that video where, after being told his life sucks, he said it doesn't because he did great stuff like "went to Ohio, had a drink, played the lottery".

This happening to Chris is one of my dreams (even though I'm aware he doesn't deserve it), it would create so many new adventures to watch.

My guesses what would happen is that trolls and con artists start ripping him off, while he engages in fun but dangerous activities (maybe dangerous only for moronic manchildren with autism). Also it would feed his delusions of grandeur.
He could loose everything and end up in status quo, or he may die.
