What if on a stormy, rainy October evening CWC found a shuddering, wet Fluttershy near his house, soaked by the rain, scared and shivering?
Would he take her in, and pamper her back to health? Or has Chris-tard become so heartless to leave the little pony out in the rain?

This is sort of a trivial case.
I would refer you to the present situation.
This has some potential. While it's easy to say that the world would get into much more serious levels of derangement, this could work as a 'edgy, out of control' style story where Lego Sonichu is some kind of self-discovery and the world that imposes rules and laws is ultimately out to redeem him. The real CWC doesn't get happy endings though, so there would probably would need to have a lot of artistic licenses.
I suppose the story could end with Chris leaving Legos behind.
This could ironically wind up working in a somewhat positive way. It's been many years, but the odds are decent that some of his old teachers are still there.
Anyone that looks at Chris understands that the man is clearly out of it. He's not going to succeed, but there's something about an obviously broken figure trying to go back to school that doesn't suggest malice so much as it suggests a clear wrongness in his life.
Chris has a record of refusing help and treatment, but these are people that potentially have some kind of connection to him--and Barb's veto wouldn't apply. Chris getting that help is possible.
You'd have a very different Sonichu; Chris would somehow have to be creating a story while running a world of muted happiness and limited victories.
Emo Chris would be bizarrely different than Standard Chris. Sonichu would be unrecognizable.
Chris wrote a highly creepy self-impregnating scenario that suggests horror, but I think he'd simply look like a porn actress even if he decided to do that.
Given his attempt to depict Sonichu's anatomy, I also wonder about Chris somehow going so wrong that he dies.
The idea of trying to create shocking footage isn't really at odds with the presence of CWC.
It's hard to describe a more extreme outcome with Chris in it, but I think the major problem is that afterward, Chris is notorious for being a part of this.
One of the great questions of biology is whether mind or body prevails in this kind of situation.
In the case of a gender switch, its not particularly hard to imagine someone's sexual orientation changing; health at a lot of levels directly impacts not just ability but also needs, and this serial killer is being inputted into someone with both a major lack of motivation and body dysphoria.
It doesn't take a lot of calculating that Chris is likely wrong in many ways that the serial killer is not, and potentially vice versa. The most likely case is that Chris' body imposes enough changes on the serial killer that they're no longer a serial killer. This could range from simply not being pressured or stressed into killing all the way to extreme self hatred ending in suicide.
A serial killer that doesn't somehow get overridden will find themselves being physically unfit for the deeds they intend, and will probably get busted on their first try.

It depends how Chris actually feels, if she/he's not actually transgender he could become incredibly depressed. In terms of his looks, Chris is Chris, he/she'll always look bad.
A1: He'd probably keep creating Sonichu products then whine at Nintendo and Sega.
A2: He'd not at all take care of him self and die after a huge sugar binge.
A3: It'd accidentally get triggered and either extremely injure or kill someone.
