What is your "utopia"? What would your "perfect society" look like? - Why cant I just run the world?

I used to be a real idealist but right now I'm so fucking jaded that if I was made supreme emperor my reign would be mostly revenge

Build a gigantic palace with a throne room that stretched for miles ascending, at 85 degree angle(with narrow steps on the sides). All would come to pay me supplication to obey me, and to receive judgement from me.
J would wear a glorious crown made of gold and silver and precious gems, and a robe of purple, scarlet, and bronze with a white surcoat. At my sides would be my loyal bodyguards-who would slit their own throats if I commanded it,
My palace would rise into the exosphere and descend deep into the earth’s crust, it would the largest building in human history. There would be ball rooms, libraries, bedrooms the size of football fields, and gardens like little jungles.
I would have my own personal army and secret police-they’re colors would be gold and emerald green. They would bear my seal on their uniforms and my name would be given in their foreheads.
My policies as such would be like as follows-no more filth or degeneracy—all homosexuals, pedophiles, trannies, furries and other such abominations would be killed. Women would have their mouths sown shut and their hands and fingers bound(so they couldn’t write or type). The worthy I would give all honors too, anything their hearts desired would be theirs.
Those who displeased me would adorn the walls of my palace and the ceiling-their heads and ripped bodies a beautiful and fearful reminder of my glory and the fate of all who opposed me.
In every city, village and hamlet-there would be a great statue of me built-over a thousand feet high. All would be required to kiss the statue’s feet, and if they refused they would be executed on the spot.
I would encourage the development of space travel, ecological restoration, and breeding two species of humans.
One would be Homo Angelicus-they would be made ever more perfect beings, filled with virtue, courage, love, honesty, and would be incredibly strong, fast and intelligent. The other sub race I would create would be Homo Servus-this race would be genetically engineered to be slaves, servants, targets of violence and slaughter, and objects of use in all ways.
They would be engineered to desire nothing but to please their masters, and would have no possibility to rebel, but would submit to every command given.
I would design a great horse-a white stallion and I would ride across the world with my crown and my mighty scepter-made of solid gold flecked with rubies and sapphires and emeralds.

Basically if there wasn't any political bullshit from the left/right or extreme wealth gaps condemning the poor to a life of poverty. An actually perfect society would not work at all because removing all imperfections in everyday life is removing most if not all of what makes us human.

Let’s see... I guess my idea of a utopia is a place where everyone down to the poorest wagie owns their own property, the government leaves people alone, society is largely de-industrialized and everyone is armed to the teeth. Most communities are insular but not outright racist and children are taught to take an interest in a trade with the intent of bettering themselves instead of doing it to become a cog in a bloated neoliberal machine.

For a society where I tried to do the most for the most people government would be severely restricted and it's primary goal would be keeping corporations and monopolies in heavy check. It would still be a democracy but it'd be the #1 law that democracy cannot be used to vote away the freedoms of others and the strict guideline skeleton would be akin to the constitution. Politicians will have to give up a lot of their privacy to take that up the role as it should be - public servant and not oligarch. They will be required to be at a standardized middle-class level with their holdings and material wealth heavily scrutinized to look for corruption and if it's found consequences will never be the same. The least free members of society will be politicians to prove they aren't just doing it for personal gain - but after their terms (and term limits will be on every position from bottom to top) it's fine to waylay that into success.
Suffering couldn't be eliminated because for max freedom and happiness a true meritocracy is required, but through low-to-none government regulations and taxes (and brutally harsh punishments for corporations evading the severely lowered taxes in any way) there should be incentive to treat employees much better, especially with competition higher when you can't use regulations to choke small business for monopolies and stuff like affirmative action being deservedly in the trash (ie, no soft racism). Social programs would be severely cut because they are not so necessary when the government isn't taking all your money to begin with... I understand this makes gaps people can fall through, but in the current system it's a domino effect crabs-in-a-bucket situation for everyone in certain classes and it's the politicians who largely benefit from it.
All this is very unrealistically utopian, however.
If I wanted a perfect society guaranteed, however... I'd blow it all up. The only perfect society is when there is no society, and the only way to ensure there is no suffering is to ensure there are no people.

I’d also probably build a global road-network connecting Alaska and the Russian Far East, that would travel across Europe and Asia, connect with Africa, and would then connect to South America(under the sea).
I’d try to organize industry and agriculture in a rationalistic and pre determined fashion-to best suit the needs of the global population, while respecting local tradition and local economies as much possible.
There would be one unified body of law-and it would be based on English and American law.
All that said, if you really want a utopia you need to re engineer mankind. Human greed, selfishness, apathy, and ambition all make a truly utopian society impossible.
So I would devote substantial resources towards changing Man entirely and making him into something else.
Perhaps an Angel. And by Angel-I don’t just mean shining lights and halos, but complete moral and spiritual purification. No selfish desire, no greed, no envy or spite.

If you could create a perfect world, it wouldn't have humans in it, or arguably any sentients that could possibly exist in this universe, so Utopia is exactly what its original meaning was. It's Latin for "nowhere."
