What makes you angry?

Those assholes who think it's cool to have long chats on staircases that you need to use to go somewhere.

You'd probably hate working in a court. Half the deals are made there.

My main issue with it is that you're trying to make it to a place on time (as in you're about to be late) and these idiots are literally clogging the stairs, as in no fucking access, talking about gossip or some shit that could be done in the little alcoves above or below the stairs or to the sides of the hall. Not something useful like hammering out a deal between two parties, and it only is taking up like half a stair case. It's especially obnoxious when they look at you like you're the asshole for trying to get by them.

I have to second this. For a country that's in vogue to hate, we sure seem to have done far less damage than previous world leaders. (Less, not none... I'm looking at you, CIA)

I always hear, "Oh, America is imperialistic!" To all the special sunshines who think the US is imperialistic, just read up about British Imperialism. Hell, British trading companies owned entire swaths of the Indies.
This stuff is actually still within living memory for lots of people. The English had an empire like this up until the late 20th century.

America may have had imperialistic inclinations at one point, but those times are dead- and we never compared to empires like the Romans or British.
People who think that even if America is imperialistic that it somehow makes America any worse than every single other culture in existence which had the ability to be imperialistic

I find it particularly funny when Brits blame Americans for shit the UK literally did and the US had nothing to do with. Like half of why the Middle East is so fucked up.

Those same anti-American people are too dim to realise the US, Brits, Russians, (and all the others) play the same game that has been going on since Napoleon's era.

America is the current star player and has the projection power to make itself felt in the region. Just like the Brits before and during WW2.

We merely passed over the torch to our very capable offspring.

People who treat social/human rights issues as a personal quest for attention and validation. I'm not sure if they're clever trolls or earnest idiots but they cheapen the face of acceptance for a lot of legitimate things by injecting their personal clique's bullshit into the agenda. The Farms-notorious username and user Everyoneisworthyoflove is a great example, conflating the concept of "love free from judgment" to include sexually preying on children.

It's like a large group of people saying "Raise the minimum wage! Also, we can lift objects with our minds!"

So a reasonable person looks at this and says "These wage raise people are goddamn insane." while everybody working two jobs in order to raise a child can't raise their voice over the more interesting, insane people in the movement. Grinds my gears into fucking dust.

TL;DR: Eat-a da poo-poo

People confusing the words extensive and intensive despite them being opposites

Lately I've been very angry at myself for being a lazy faggot and missing a lot of opportunities, despite the fact that I feel that I have untapped potential, for a lack of better words. By potential I mean I managed to get good grades in a highly competitive university, and entrance to said university is helped by the fact that I have an international-tier achievement.

I hate people that shut someone down without listening. 'Oh you're X, you must be a bigot/idiot/and not worth talking to', it's so unproductive and it's the reason why we'll never get anything done politically in America. As much as I can't stand feminists and SJWs, I am still willing to listen if they bring a reasonable point to the table. Though I'm sure they wouldn't say the same about anyone even remotely conservative.

When people mis-attribute Orwell's 1984. I don't claim to be any expert on philosophy or ethics or anything like that but I have read 1984 and it really irks me when a lot of people quote it and talk about "Big Brother soceity" even though it's completely against what was actually in the book. George Orwell was a great man and I don't like that his legacy and final work being used by the very arm-chair critics he actually despised.

Honestly, for all the people that say 1984 is a vision of the future, I honestly think it's been rendered obsolete and thank God.

Angry's probably a stretch, but annoyed or miffed probably works here: when people make youtube tutorials for things that can easily be text. You have to sit through a crappy 30 second intro made in paint, then they either type something dumb into the screen on notepad or talk into their crackly mic while their whiney pubescent voice is barely audible over the music they don't turn down. This usually takes up the next 45 seconds of the video, and isn't complete until the person's thanked you for watching and asked you to subscribe. Then the next minute is them going over unnecessary steps or stuff so basic like where to install the program or how to run it when all you're watching the video for is for the two second glimpse at some settings window in the last third of the video.

People who don't pay attention to signs while driving, like, "Right Turn Only" and they go left... .and when they get pulled over, they complain "but I didn't SEE it" It's your JOB to see it, you're DRIVING. You are basically admitting you're not PAYING ATTENTION while in control of two tons of metal.

God, we'd never accept that excuse from a pilot, or an engineer "Well, they told me I wasn't clear to land, but, I guess I wasn't listening" "Sorry, guess I didn't see that red signal"

Petty? Maybe, but I've seen enough crashes and near-misses that it's justified!

People who act like Halloween is the best holiday and then whine about how they hate other holidays. I don't mind Halloween myself, but I've been tempted to spam Christmas shit to piss people off.

I'm really sick of how many people are advocating censorship in entertainment lately. When I grew up, people always wanted uncensored games and whatnot. Now it seems like the gaming media has brainwashed people into thinking that it isn't a big deal if we get less content in games than the Japanese version, when gamers used to go ballistic if word got out that the game was being censored for a western release. It boggles my mind.

The no true Scotsman fallacy always gets my goat when asshats use it to deny that certain people are making them look bad as a group and that they need to take responsibility and denounce these individuals.

When you go up to the drive thru and get an earful of how the cashier/orderer's life is a horrible joke rather than a request for your meal. Alternatively, when they try to throw you out by trying to close early.
