Where are you going when you die?

I'm going to Hell, sadly. And I'm not looking forward to it either.

People like to think of the brain and the mind as two separate things, with the mind being some vague spiritual concept separate from physical reality (a "soul") but in reality the mind is something that physically exists within the brain. If those questions sound ridiculous, it's because the assumption that the soul exists and is stored in a separate dimension from the brain (while being directly linked to it in every way) is also ridiculous.

Consciousness (the soul) appears as an epiphenomenon of brain activity but there is no way to prove it is the phenomenon itself.

Being God is the very thing Satan worshippers want to be. Most Communist head of states view themselves as God and ban any religious text. North Korea as a notorious example. Going to Heaven with intentions of killing God is just out of the question. Try to talk to the deceased ancestors who built the Tower of Babel. Never went well for them. Couldn't forgive god for his free will?

I hope I'll be going to something akin to Heaven, but I don't have a true belief that it exists as I'm kind of agnostic. Even if it does, I'm not sure that I'm good enough to get in, and I'm probably not allowed to anyway since I'm not a believer in the first place. I have some people, however, that I do hope are there if it's a thing; I'd like to think they're comfortable and okay.

But on the more practical side of things, the smart thing to do is to ensure that in death you become rich....by being cremated, turned into a bunch of small artificial diamonds and then used to create a diamond grill or other teeth bling for some newly rich 20 year old hoodrat rapper. or a diamond dildo for some stupidly rich ethot. The possibilities are endless

That's fair, but why gamble your eternal life? And no one is "good enough" to get to Heaven, only Christ is good enough. If you believe on Jesus Christ, you are good enough to get to Heaven, not because we're so holy but because Christ is. You don't need to go to Church, turn from your sins, or do any works to be saved forever, I do the works simply because I love Jesus so much.

Look into the history of the Bible and how the original 5,900 manuscripts have been preserved perfectly throughout human history it is only a work that God could have done, a truly miraculous thing.
 
Why do you have to believe for it to work? That makes no sense from the point of view of an omnipotent, all knowing diety. It makes perfect sense from the point of view of a cult leader trying to brainwash people though.

The amount of new isekais that start with the main characters dying in the real world and entering a game world with really great stats or an artifact weapon makes me think the japs are trying to meme it into reality. What a great way to go tbh.
 
It's a seemingly endless grassland. The sky is a bit dark and overcast, but no rain. You can occasionally see bright lightning in the distant and hear the thunder some days. There's always a pleasant breeze. The air smells of the ocean too, and if I turn the right direction and want to see it, there's an endless beach and ocean to enjoy. My smells and brain firings are all of the good days I remember. I am not in pain. I am not judged. I am not scorned. I am not blamed. I am not suffocated. I simply am. I'm very light too, so light that when I get a good running start, I can glide on the wind and get some good flight time. The ocean is pleasantly temperature and though there is a gentle pull, it's not violent. I can even drink it as easily as spring water. I swim effortlessly and can see beneath it without haze. All manner of beautiful calm flora and fauna.

I've seen it. Felt it. Been there a couple of times but maddeningly pulled away. I'll go there again someday when I finally cross.

I will not attempt to persuade you, I will not insult your intelligence. You have made up your mind already and I respect that.

To answer your question though, God made us not to be robots to conduct his every whim, rather he made us with our own consciousness to make our own choices. Now God is omnipotent, meaning he knows what we will do all the time, but that does not mean everything is predetermined, if I make a choice then God knows the end what will be, but if I make another choice it will alter the end. Hence God knows every possibility dependent on our choices and actions, notice how I did not use the word free nor did I use the word independent. Why? Because we are not independent we all serve something, I serve Christ my Lord, your master may be money, power, fame, lust, or whatever it is, everyone has its master.

That is my answer, believe it or not, up to you.
 
I don't believe we are ever really alive in the way we think we are so can't die and go anywhere per se. We are just avatars of a singular universal force.

I'm sorry that I accounted my repentance for a work which could grant me salvation. I am saved by faith alone through grace alone. The Sacraments are how God distributes Grace and, are not and cannot be Grace themselves.

Grace can be rejected, and that is why repentance must be exercized for the Sacraments to distribute continual Grace. I do not believe that men who are saved, are forever saved. Grace can be rejected.

I am assured of my Salvation because of God's promise: "For So God loved the world that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

This what I believe about Baptism, to quote Luther.
Luther's Small Catechism, Sacrament of Baptism

What is Baptism?
Baptism not just plain water, but it is the water included in God's command and combined with God's word.
Which is that word of God?
Christ our Lord says in the last chapter of Matthew:
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19)
What benefits does Baptism give?
It works the forgiveness of sins, rescues from death and the devil, and gives eternal salvation to all who believe this, as the words and promises of God declare.
Which are these words and promises of God?
Christ our Lord says in the last chapter of Mark: "Whosoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned." (Mark 16:16)
How can water do such great things?
Certainly not just water, but the word of God in and which the water does these things, along with the faith which trusts this word of God in the water. For without God's word the water the water is plain water and no Baptism. But with the word of God it is a Baptism, that is, a life-giving water, rich in grace, and a washing of the new birth in the Holy Spirit, as St. Paul says in Titus, chapter three:
"He saves us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Saviour, so that heirs having the hope of eternal life. This is a trustworthy saying. (Titus 3:5)
What does baptizing with water indicate?
It indicates that the Old Adam in us should be daily contrition and repentance be drowned and die with all sins and evil desires, and that a new man should daily emerge and arise to live before God in righteousness and purity forever.
Where is this written?
St. Paul writes in Romans chapter six: "We were therefore buried with Him through baptism into death in
order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life." (Rom. 6:4)
