Let's take trannies at their word. How many trannies in America? According to their own numbers, trannies are .3% of the American population. Out of 318 million people, that's roughly 9.6 million trannies. You know what? Let's keep tranny men out of that and just mtf women. And let's pretend that the split is 50/50 and not 95/5 like it most likely is. So that's about 5 million mtf trannies in America. Deadliest year on record, how many died? 21. Not 21,000. Not even 2,100. 21. Twenty one.

The death rate in America? 6.2 death per 100,000. The mtf tranny death rate in America? 0.42 per 100,000. If we include ALL trannies, that's 0.21 per 100,000. That's 15 to 30 times lower than the murder rate of the general population. The vast majority of those murdered were, surprise surprise, minority prostitutes who dealt with all of the risks associated with the job and side stuff like drug addiction and lived in the ghetto etc...

And still, being a tranny means that you're 15 to 30 times less likely to get murdered than the rest of the population. Statistically, the safest person from ever being murdered in America is probably a white tranny who works in IT.

Oh and while they ask to be under the LGBT umbrella, they never actually give a shit or participate in actual LGB causes that are not centered on trannies, too. All their care about is their community, because it's all about them, really.

So in light of that, we're supposed now to believe that trannies are the most oppressed minority in America, and we need to do a whole upheaval of society because a minority that's (actually even less than) .3% of the population is screaming about how they are getting murdered every day for not being allowed to use whichever bathroom they feel and how it's the new civil right struggle? Let's not forget the fact that whenever a tranny gets on television it's always a batshit crazy one or one who doesn't pass and it makes the whole LGBT movement look like gay pride parades all over again when they are more busy trying to get their weddings catered by christian pizza shops than walking down mainstreams in assless chaps nowadays.

That's why there's a growing movement in the LGBT community to drop the T from that abbreviation.

Well, to be that guy, .3% of 318 million is 954,000, not 9.6 million, so your estimated gut feeling figure actually matches here after all.

Of course trannies aren't just the dysphoric in this day and age. The autogynephiliacs -- who are the loudest voices, it seems -- have seen to that. But heaven help anybody who doesn't like being shrieked at if they want to make that distinction.

I would actually agree. While that person picked the wrong place to try and word police, it was almost sad watching the forum go into action. Really? You can't even handle one person disagreeing with your speech policy? It was indeed very tumblresque. If they had called @Todesfurcht a shitlord and told him to check his privilege it would have fit right in. And if his tranny word-policy had been a breach of the rules, wouldn't it have been easier to just tag a mod than launch into the most autistic debate of all time? Triggered was a good way to describe the lot of them. I can see how sometimes KF gets decried as a little "beta" (for lack of a better word) by other parts of the internet.

i've actually never seen this, not even in irl lgbt circles? all i've seen are transtrenders getting upset at "True And Honest" Trannies who actually experience dysphoria and consider being trans a medical condition that can be treated, or want to go stealth. i think it's a matter of lgb people disliking transtrenders, but i could be wrong.

I see no reason to distinguish two groups of delusional people who think they're something they aren't just because one group has been to a doctor, especially since the doctors are scared of liberal media and so will dispense whatever hormones are asked of them.

Edit: I would add that there are plenty of "zum/zerself" pronoun types who ARE getting hormone replacement therapy and plenty of """"normal""" opposite sex pronoun ones who aren't.
