Why doesn't Chris sell his art?

Also, considering how attached Chris gets to his things, would he even be willing to do so?

Also also, considering how little Chris does besides what Chris wants to do, why would he even entertain the idea of doing work for something, even if it's money?
 
Seriously, with the fire being what it was, isn't it safe to assume that nothing in Chris room is salvageable? Pieces of paper stuck to the walls were easily either burned or watered to death. There's no originals to sell and this notion has lost it's relevancy to reality.
