Why is so much degeneracy linked to atheists?

Why do you speds keep falling for this idiot's baitposts?

OP, how many threads have you started with "Atheists, amirite?". I don't know what answers you want from people, other than to get a rise out of them. I don't know who is more pathetic, the low-effort troll or those who fall for them.

If you abolish the root justification for morality without replacing it with a new equally immutable justification the whole house of cards collapses. Western atheists want to benefit from a thousand years of Christian tradition and just cut the God part out. It doesn't work like that. "Muh empathy" is insufficiently compelling and it's all atheists have been able to muster in the 50ish years they've been an appreciable thing.

Most 'atheists' are just throwing away the moral scaffolding of Christianity without ever developing the internal philosophical and emotional supports needed to maintain a life of virtue. Ironically, most religious people eventually depend less and less on the external belief of their own Christianity, as after a certain period of time following the teaching of Christ they develop the internal morals intended by those lessons. They may not be able to articulate some of their pro-social behavior much further than 'its just the right thing to do' but ultimately we aren't asking every citizen to be a philosopher-theologian, just that they all act in virtuous ways.

Atheists simply discard everything and never bother to develop or practice any ethics other than smug self worship.

If you're an NPC you need a script to get through the day and tell you how to react to stimuli. They replaced the Christian script with another, that is all. I'm pretty fedora'd but I recognize that most of humanity needs to be told what to do and I'd rather they listen to modern, toothless Christianity then whatever a liberal arts major comes up with to replace it.

Atheists hate God because they are retarded ugly faggot nerds

God punished them with being retarded ugly faggot nerds for hating God

Time is a flat circle

Also, no matter how much they will lie about it, atheism is never a complete lack of any religious sentiment. Atheists hate God and worshiping God, but they have tons of idols they fervently worship - usually shit like entertainment franchises, celebrities, autistic political ideologies, abstract ideas like "health", "democracy" or "science", funko pops etc. In general, atheists worship the establishment, so they will end up worshiping whatever the government promotes.

This also means that in a socially coherent atheistic/secular society such as the Soviet Union or China, which opposed religion but still promoted stuff like family values, patriotism etc., the mostly atheistic society still wasn't focused on everyone assfucking everyone while dressed as cartoon animals. But if you combine a secular society with giving the satanic kikes full control over the country's education and entertainment, you get what you fucking deserve

I think it's not necessarily an atheism-to-degeneracy pipeline, it's more of a mindset. When you genuinely think that being dragged to church as a child every week was "abusive" to the point you resent it 10, 20, 30 years later, thinking that you're a woman or an anthropomorphic animal or whatever is just a few bad days away.

I'm sure there are atheists who aren't so hung up about their past, and as a result not degenerates or particularly vocal about it.

How can one be good without Allah (swt)? It’s already hard enough for people to be good with him. Without the grounding of religion and Allah (swt) it’s no wonder atheists have issues.

Whether or not one believes in God or considers themselves "religious" - there does seem to be a strong link between atheism and devolved degeneracy, such as pro-rape, pro-pedophilia, zoophilia, and you'll probably find a lot of disproportionate levels of atheism in the online freak shows or "communities" which support this (e.x. incels, furries, bronies, etc).

Even if this doesn't prove any religion "true", it does make a good case at establishing a link between atheism and immorality, devolution, degeneracy and such.

Not to mention, most "internet atheists" seem like they have severe intellectual or emotional intelligence deficits - they're almost as great an example of "human evolution" (which they erroneously think has something to do with atheism for some reason) as Neo-Nazis or Klansmen are of a "master race".
A lot of people who are raised as religious and reject religion, then seem to also reject religious morals later, are doing so perhaps because they assume that if God isn't real, then all the morals supposedly passed to us by God must be false as well. I've definitely noticed when people stop believing in God, they think "Wait, if God was real, why would he not love le fags and trannies? Le pillowbiters and troons must be really cool and completely infallible (and not fucked up or unwell at all, of course) because anything that pisses religious people off and contradicts Christianity and pisses my religious parents off is AWESOME!". Children raised as atheists tend to have antitheist degenerate parents too, or they tend to not be strictly taught Christian morals as a child raised in a Christian household would from my anecdotal experience having known a number of atheists when I was younger. The atheism-degeneracy pipeline is actually moreso an antitheism-degeneracy pipeline it seems, though I could be wrong.
~Atheist who isn't a lame antitheist retard and understands that religion is a healthy and biologically-engrained construct of the mind that should not and can not be erased.

Religion had long ago figured out that people can be programmed how to act and react. It often does so to prevent habits that would lead to the destruction of society if everyone did said habit, and encouraged believers to punish anyone who would revel in such interests. The excuses can often be flimsy but the results were always more important. Atheists pretty much are defined by not religious. While they may ultimately follow a programming or culture that discourages bad actors it is not standardized. If anything the standard of spitefully opposing religious minded laws can lead to adopting the degenerate behavior the religion was trying to prevent.

I haven't been an atheist for a long ass time (decades) and I can't help wondering if the whole rebelling specifically against Christianity (I notice most atheists are pussies against Islam) puts them in a bind. It's like anything that has value in a religion or faith automatically has to be tossed out because of it's source or else someone has to eat crow or be humbled or whatever. "When you reject the truth, all you end up with is a male feminist." Was that the quote? I forget.

The Vatican and more specifically the Catechism ruined Catholicism. Vatican II was a mistake, purgatory is made up bullshit and you can't fuckin retcon entire faiths.

Also maybe don't have an entire city state filled with corrupt homosexuals but iunno that may be asking for too much.

Hard to justify agreeing with any Christian morality once you realize about Catholicism.

Quakers got it right though.

I mean, I'm for people believing in whatever as long as they don't hurt people or whatever. That includes atheists.

However, a lot of atheists get a weird superiority complex because they lack spiritual beliefs. This seems to lead to condescending dickishness

Atheists aren't part of a group with its own set of morals to adhere to, so there isn't any pressure outside of themselves not to be a degenerate.
There are degenerate religious people but they tend to either keep it a secret, or abandon their religion when they are called gross and asked to stop.

The reason why secularism fails is because humanity is essentially evil. The fact that people have to come up with reasons why everyone shouldn't be carnal hedonists and that social control is necessary proves that being a selfish piece of shit is who we are. It's the path of least of resistance.

Secularism doesn't really have a reason to be good besides the fear of consequences. In every good(ish) religion there's a promise of something better than this world whereas secularism tries to pretend we live in a good world because it has nothing better to offer. The West and other cultures deciding virtue isn't worth it is the end result of such of nihilistic worldview.

Because society 3 thousands years ago was barbaric and savage. Religion brought about order and rules with the fear of Hell/Divine Punishment that even the most savages would be afraid to go against it.

God doesn't exist in the way religion portrays it, but it served a purpose to civilize savages and indigenous tribes.

Of all the options between "The King James Bible is the only book that should exist" and "If God is real how come I don't have everything I want," you picked the dumbest one.
