Kind of a mix of this and your next post but I don't care if he has done worse to himself let him fail on his own. You talk about what he thinks in his mind, do you not think websites like this are just gonna feed into his cow mindset and stop him even trying?
With the chargebacks, how much risk even is there for a $5 transaction on paypal which sides heavily with the payee? I don't think many companies are gonna look too hard into the whole "he didn't provide a service".
"Allow people to message him without paying $5" fucking lol. He's been in your discord you had one on one conversations
The only fake resume I can think of is the one I made up, and I made that up for fun to have a laugh with my friends. If there is another one it is well-buried enough that I haven't seen it, so I don't think he has anything to worry about.
I agree with you, things like this will stop him from trying. Figurative demons, real and imagined, are his worst enemy.
I don't think there is much chargeback risk for a single dispute or two. There probably is for multiple complaints, especially from the privilege perspective. Therefore, I think that it is a lot of risk for a measly message to be sent.
If you actively make it difficult for people to communicate with you, and people wish to troll you, they will find a way. He's insulated himself in such a fashion that people resort to charging back donations to troll him. That's his fault. A few impromptu Discord conversations don't make up for a streamer who banned over 8,000 accounts last year, doesn't respond to tweets, avoids Reddit, and has barely no chat interaction with those who aren't banned on Twitch. Other streamers deal with it all the time. Chargebacks are part of the business model as a full-time streamer based nearly exclusively on your content and your audience.
"Ban anyone that laughs." "Ban anyone who suggests different games to play." "Ban anyone who typed 2." "Ban anyone who asks about my weight loss from the surgery they paid for."
Spoken like a classic literary villain. Wings didn't make the fake resume. Wings' actions didn't magically create the fake resume. The gun doesn't make the decision to shoot.
Individuals are in control of their own actions. It is not Wings' fault that someone else did something they could have simply chosen not to do.
What's your point? I made up a fake resume of his based on what he said he has done (and lied about). It's quality content because of his pathological lying over the last 10 years. Being a 911 operator, being a pro-Starcraft player, pretending he worked at a steel mill when he was 17, etc. I take responsibility for that. It's great material, why wouldn't I take responsibility for that?
People new to Wings don't know a lot of this stuff, so I share it. I think I make a good argument that it has absolutely no effect on him, so there is no counterpoint, no nefarious side to it. If one wanted to conjure up an effect it has on him, oddly enough, it is people planting the seed of this fake resume inside his egg-shaped head. This comes from the anti-troll/pro-Wings community. That's on them, although I'd be hypocritical if I said they had anything to apologize for (they don't).
