I can't stand it any longer. All of my classmates are significantly younger than me and talking about irrelevant shit every day. I'm unable to follow any lessons or study at home. Tomorrow it will start again and I begin to tremble when I think about it. I'm drunk as fuck currently to bear this situation. Seriously, I just want to be NEET again and stay in my room all day.

But it's not an option because I don't want to dissapoint my mother. I'm living together with her for free and she pays for clothing, internet and such stuff. I bet she'll throw me out if I quit school. And I never worked, so I am unable to receive welfare.

Anyone in a similar situation?

That feel when people already have their bachelors at your age when you are just starting and will probably have to repeat a year or two.

Even if I graduate I don't expect a job because I don't "network" (fuck this term)

Fuck it all. I blame my parents (mum)for half of this because they kept me back a year in high school rather than pushing me.

Fuck knowing people and making friends. This sentence "Seriously, I just want to be NEET again and stay in my room all day" really makes me feel bad for him. It's a statement of someone who so desperately wants to give up but can't due to his situation. Also, blame your parents for everything. That's the mature thing to do.

For women it's a larger percentage but the reasons usually given are stuff like they don't want sex to get in the way of their career. Same with children.

In that case it's a lot more rational, albeit still kinda sad. At least it's better than "I wanna marry a cartoon character"

It's also worth noting that Japan is a nation that has a lot more focus on sex, significantly moreso than most western countries. It's why there are a ton of sex games in Japan, and why during the Snes era so many games had to get censored when they were localized. At the same time they're a lot more deprived and have things like women only train cars, and vending machines that drop out used panties
