It is technically possible to remove them, but you can only do it with one video at a time and can't do blanket uploads with them removed it seems.
So if he was really paranoid or wanted to cover up what words he uses because he knows the mentally ill detractors stalk him 24/7 all the time, the option is on the table, however this would extend his baby sitting the uploads time, and we know how much Phil despises breaking old habbits unless he's forced to in order to make a buck.

Is it just me or is his voice less whiny than it was five or six years ago? Maybe it is him losing the Connecticut accent or something but the way he spoke back then was far more grating and painful than it is now.
It is still whiny though and I hate it.

He may have thought "defamation" or "defamatory" then assumed because they both have "defamat" that the root of the word was "defamate".

This is just a personal one, but whenever he says “on-demand” it just pisses me off. I know it’s a-loggy but it gets under my skin they much. I hate when YouTubers try to act like they’re television, it’s just so stupid. You’re not a cable network, you’re some guy online. It just makes Phil sound 20 years older than he actually is.

King of semantics. The app is only needed on a phone. On top of that, it's google's app for their own site.
Studio is accessible through youtube's website on a computer and you just know he has it open all the time on the laptop.
