From his ER playthrough he seems to use hotboxes wrong. Hitboxes generally in games refer to a enemy or player and where they take damage, run into shit, etc.

His hurtbox is huge for his swings and his hitbox is small. He has a small hitbox on his body. Which makes no fucking sense, hes a giant enemy.

He is definitely mixing them up here, but that isn't why he's missing. He cant tell how far he is away from the enemy and keeps swinging when he is nowhere near. Sometimes it can be hard to tell, but not this much. His depth perception is trash.

Of course he isn't, the first few times are misery because you have to actively fight the instinct to blink when something is coming right at your eye (this is from experience, I wore contacts on and off for a few years) and Phil is too instant-gratification to put up with that. He's also nowhere near detail oriented enough to not put them in the wrong eyes or with the wrong side facing in so proving us wrong and getting contacts would likely result in rants about "idiot doctors". Then we'd get the bitching about how eye exams and contacts are so expensive and it's not fair he has to PAY just to be able to SEE.

This shouldn't be surprising as per Derich above me. Phil was a spoiled child and only child. The root of all his issues comes from his upbringing. I dont know how rich his parents were or how poorly they raised him, but regardless of that the child they had turned into a massive manchild whos ego needs stroked and needs everything he ever could want in order to feel good.

Anyone else with the income Phil makes would not be in his situation, nickel and diming according to his own pity rants. Why? Because they wouldn't get the most expensive coffee maker, they wouldn't get leases on property they can't afford, they wouldn't get roped into BMW contracts, they wouldn't buy stupid shit for pets like a cat fountain.

I said that a good bit as well, and I hope mama and papa Burnell see Phil for what he is and snub him. The rage that his 'drug abusing' cousin who died in Mexico last he heard got the house and everything worth something would be amazing. Melissa or whatever her is far more deserving of it than Phil. He already must have hated her from his childhood because she stole attention that was rightfully his.

I wouldn't be surprised if most of his stories about his family are fake, like that his parents cheated on each other and were swingers and hated each other. I'm honestly more surprised Phil doesn't have siblings considering his parents are Catholic, he probably would have turned out better with some other family and his parents wouldn't have to live with the fact their golden boy is a gout ridden slob of a 'man' is a genetic dead end.

Speculating like a motherfucker, I would say there are good odds for Phil will at least having to share with the cousin, and if Dave Sr. is the last to die Phil is going to have even slimmer odds at getting the lions share.

This goes double if Linda played up her True and Honest Italian ancestry as much as Phil does since Italian-Americans are overwhelmingly Catholic; I can't prove it but I would not be surprised one bit if David + Linda used protection and never observed Lent.

Edit: To me another thing that points to his parents not being all that devout is that they did not insist on having his wedding in a church. Even moderately devout Catholics will usually insist on a church wedding unless the priest outright refuses (this is not meant to be flippant, the Catholic Church does not recognize civil divorces so most priests will not officiate second or third marriages) and cost is a secondary concern. Phil's wedding in his parents' house with a half-dozen attendees, officiated by a justice of the peace, is the kind of thing that would break a True and Honest Catholic mother's heart.

Even if Phil does outlive them they may not have much left when they pass if they are like many Burgerlanders: Old-age care in the United States is very focused on prolonging life over quality of life and our old-age healthcare program (Medicare) does not cover the costs of nursing homes or live-in helpers under most circumstances. Combine them and David + Linda could easily need a million dollars each just to get into a decent old-age home and get help as they become too frail to take care of themselves. Unless they've already planned for that in their wills most or all of Phil's inheritance could end up being spent on healthcare.

To head off the obvious question even if they specify an amount of money or specific property to be given to Phil after they pass that does not give him any control over their spending and creditors, not heirs, get highest priority for payouts from an estate.

I've always figured he is a fake Catholic at least by how he likes to portray his background in it.

Like a lot of your fake virtue signaling Christians he likes to bring it up from time to time yet has no real knowledge of scripture or teachings. You mentioned Job which I was going to bring up but one of the most telling examples of him not giving a shit is out there.

He claimed in a recent(ish) video to be a real humble and great full guy and attributed that to his Catholic background, that some of those teachings and ideals stuck with him.

If Phil was born a decade later I am sure he would have been your average reddit atheist who would always attack his parents for making him go to church instead of his precious mall fighting game tournaments.
