I personally think that it would be immoral for a human being to engage in sexual activities with a member of a different species, even if they could consent; but I want to hear other people's thoughts on this topic.
Would it be immoral for humans to have sexual relationship with aliens if they had similar cognitive abilities as us?

We're not genetically related tho. Tf is an alien STD gonna make out of a completely different lifeform? It'll take some time for it to adapt in order to infect humans. Similar to how ebola evolved to go from insects to humans.
