I'm going to say it's a staph infection caused by poor hygiene around his shitty tattoos. The real question is if it is going to stay localized in that hand or advance to full-blown sepsis.
 
He's literally the human version of the "Hey did you know that if your hand is bigger than your face then you're retarded/have cancer" trick

Phil's not a tool. A tool is something that does useful work.
 
Hooves has medical coverage and doesn't need to go to the ER for medical care. I think Hooves just likes fabricating "emergencies" out of a sense of drama and self-importance.

Make an appointment and go to a damn doctor, Hoovy. You've got plenty of time and a Medicare card.
 
Far be it from me to try and derail the Potatoboy diagnosis thread but I'll be willing to bet this is two fold.

Namely he complained about tendonitis which can cause swelling in and around the joint where it's located. Also, if he's gotten a kind of brace for it or tension bandage he might have been putting it on too tight which causes fluid to build up in the affected area which can cause swelling and make it look like a bloated corpse that's been left in the water too long.

My money is on that as the simpler answer to this.
 
I had a mouth like his I would cover it when I talked or took pictures out of shame as well.

It does make me wonder if his teeth have started to go from TJ Church to Nick Bate in the past couple years.
 
Phils hair is so greasy it looks like he rubbed lard through it.
