Your first exposure to Chris

I found the TVTropes page for Sonichu, but it withheld witheld a lot of info about Chris, which made me curious. That pretty much kickstarted my addiction.

I think it was partially TVTropes. The "racist, homophobic" descriptors at first I initially believed was just SJW-ish overreactions because Chris was a white male (probably politically conservative), but man, the crazed rants and acting like gay people are some sort of subhuman species did actually justify it. Even after the :tomgirl: crap started, he STILL held views related to this.

I only remember that I was surfing YouTube and there was a mention of him being on Sonic Brainfarts, so I checked it out.

I frequent multiple fora online. Back in 2011 or so, someone dropped "Christian Weston Chandler" as a possible candidate for "worst president of the United States"

This was an alternative history forum, where the lineup of said worst presidents included Henry Ford, Spiro Agnew, Henry Wallace and Jim Jones!

So I started poking into CWC for awhile, then joined the forum shortly before the Calling Out Saga.

I think the first video I saw of him was when he pretended to execute an imaginary Clyde Cash with a pocket knife. That was a hilarious day.

TV Tropes, I think. Christian and the Hedgehog Boys were mentioned on the So Bad It's Horrible page for music so I clicked just to see exactly what they were on about. And so began my descent into madness...

I started reading comics in February of last year, a few months later I was getting some friends into Transmetropolitan (an amazing series you should all check out) and one of my friends name-dropped Sonichu. I didn't think much of it until October, when I googled it and wound up on the CWCki. Over the next couple of weeks I basically read all that I could, which was amazing and a bit overwhelming. Now here I am, seven months later, registered on the forums, having the time of my life.

Like a lot of people, my first experience if Chris was not the one that actually hooked me in. It was in late 2007, when the Westboro Baptist Church were all the rage and had piqued my interest in homophobia in America. I wound up watching a video titled something like 'Homophobic Redneck Gives Speech' and was immediately struck by how the homophobia was the least remarkable aspect of the presentation. A few months later, in the early summer of '08, I recognised the titular redneck in a video posted by a fb friend and quickly realised the guy must have some level of internet fame and did some research. Turned out that first video I'd was a reposted version of Christian Weston Chandler's FUTURE MESSAGE. I've been following CWC's antics ever since.

I saw him on ED in the early years (2007?) when looking at lolcows. It was before any real active trolling. At the time it was just the hilariously bad comics that were obviously a revenge fantasy that even failed at that. I didn't look anything up about him because I had forgotten his name, but the jerkops, his dean, and how Virginia was against lovers stuck out in my mind as uniquely hilarious among lolcows.

I stumbled upon his page again during the liquid chris saga(it was when the article treated Liquid Chris as the real deal and Solid as the imposter), laughed my ass off again, but still didn't really follow it.

It just before the Asperchu saga that I really started following it. I saw the whole thing unfold, and it was glorious. The rest is history.

I found his "music" on last.fm early 2010 , then googled his name and found all this dang dirty slanderous content.

From what I remember, it was sometime a little after the Liquid Saga and the beginning of the Asperchu saga is when I got in. I was watching a parody video about an entirely different lolcow (I can't remember his name only that he had a bad Sonic recolor and wore this creepy hoodie, in fact if someone remembers his name, tell me) and Chris Chan shows up in the video. I started following the CWCki a little while afterward.

It was a video entitled " Happy Birthday Brandon!" A very strange video that also included the likes of Tsim Fuckis. Haha. It had the pics of him in his mom's underwear along with the pregnancy video when he says "it's coming out the butt" or something.

I discovered the page on Chris on ED and ever since then I've had a twisted fascination with OPL. I came across the page sometime in late 2010, about the time I started getting sick of ED actually.

I posted before about how I discovered Chris via BLACKBusterCritic. Well, here's the aforementioned video. Part 2 will be coming soon in a lifetime (?).

The first time I heard about chris was on YouTube and one of the hexbox vids came up on the related videos. The only reason I clicked it was because of how many views it had and I fell into the rabbit hole never to climb back out.

ED, back in the days of its first iteration. Then later I discovered the CWCki. And having such precise documentation on such a miserable life has kept me captivated since then.

I think it was about early 2009 via ED, as I remember reading his reactions to PandaHalo as they unfolded. I remember reading on and on, thinking that it couldn't get worse... and then it did.

When I found SammyClassicSonicFan's ED page, they constantly compared him to a ''Chris-chan.''

My life would never be the same as I pressed Enter on my keyboard and found out how some people can be a huge waste of oxygen.

EDIT: I didn't know they changed his name to Our Pet Lolcow.
