Your Received Medallions

One week sounds good. Also I must say Chris reply is way more friendly than I expected. I thought he'd flip his shit and yell discrimination and troll.

But it's 150 bucks on the line, that's nothing to sneeze at.
He's pretty calm unless his world is falling apart. (So ebay putting a hold on his funds or something.)

I haven't given him a deadline just yet. I asked him how long he thought drawing the pages would take and he said he would make them ASAP, probably over the weekend. Neat.

I think you can get more out of the manchild with politely asking him about it, than giving him deadlines. A nice "please kindly do this" is much more likely to end in Chris hurrying up than complaining loudly, which may just make him crash into slumber and do nothing or dox.

If Chris does nothing, she gets her money back. Chris isn't going to do nothing.

Ask him to send you scans/photos of the black and white drawings before he colors them. Frame the suggestion in a way that points out that it will make it easier on him, since he won't end up putting forth the effort of coloring something you'll end up unhappy with.

Yeah, Chris definitely wants to keep the money, but he'll try to do the bare minimum required to keep it. His first bare minimum effort attempt, begging to keep the money (and get a positive feedback as well), hasn't worked, so he'll step up his offer from there. The next stage will probably be "promises to try and fix things" (not the same as a promise to actually fix anything).

Edit: I should read attachments better. He's already escalated to making promises. Next will probably be begging with a more detailed whinge about why he so desperately needs the money (Barb needs Teeth).

... Guess he spent it the moment he got it... Wait until the customer receives the product, then if their unsatisfied you can give them an instant refund if they so choose, "The product wasn't as described, but the seller gave me a full refund the moment I asked. Good service."

Yeah, a week to deliver, or a case. I mean, he COULD refund you by the end of the month, but that would be instant bad feedback, "Item took a month to get to me, it wasn't as described and it took another month to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!"
At that point, it would be wise for him to get started asp, because he'll have no one else to blame but himself if you go through with it (though godbear knows he'll try his best to blame everyone else).

For Chris' sake, I honestly hope you're not the "best customer" he's been referring to. Promising a bunch of buisness to him and pulling out after he gives you a free gift is seriously a dick move man

He's not. Chris's best customer is female and she's not from the US. She's also, I believe, the Sooper Seekrit Sonichu Fanclub president on the new site set up by Chris's by the sperg who shall not be names. I'm not going to reveal her name, but I will tell you that she's purchased a lot of stuff from Chris. I don't know what her deal is.

A handful of people have done this. They're essentially buying access to Chris' facebook.

Not sure what to do. Ebay tracking says my medallions were delivered last month on the 28th but I never got them. I contacted the post office and the tracking number wasn't with them so they can't do anything about it. I think they delivered it to the wrong address, which would not be Chris's fault (there's another street in my neighbourhood with a very very similar name and my mail/pizza has wound up there before and been taken by the homeowner). I have no idea what company to contact because Fed-Ex contracts out to independent couriers when it arrives in Aus.

It's not Chris's fault, but I do want my fucking medallions.

You could try contacting the neighbour since I guarantee they probably think the medallions came from some little kid and have no monetary value so they might not be inclined to keep em.
If that fails you can get the police involved if they admit to accepting the parcel since that's technically theft.

I could ask if they got any parcels from me but they're such dicks they've probably already thrown them out and would just lie. Seriously, these people are assholes. I ordered a pizza online and paid with my card and when the driver brought the food to their house mistakenly they just accepted it and didn't tell the driver he had the wrong house. That was straight theft but I felt a bit ridiculous calling the police over stolen pizza. Same with stolen tard medallions. I have a cop friend who said it's technically theft and that I could call and would be taken seriously but I'd just feel like I was wasting their time. Also, how do you file a complaint about fucking Sonichu medallions being taken?

I was more thinking along the lines of trying to confirm with Chris which carrier he used, then calling them with my tracking number, and if that bore no fruit I was thinking of contacting Chris and explaining the situation and asking if he could re-make/send them, since it is technically the seller's responsibility to ensure the buyer actually receives the item.

Unfortunately, I've been in hospital twice over the past week and too sick to do anything about this so any chance of tracking the package down has probably long passed.
