APPARENTLY technicals posted the art in the reddit callout, the one his brother drew of a MINOR and quickly deleted it after people lost their shit. he's CHOKING

tldr someone found an old callout on technical's brother where a discord server they were in charge of had sexual content and tech's brother even drew porn of one of the underaged users to mess with them.
technical's brother is a public figure too, and even went to their gay little meetup among the tea bros, so he is not someone who is exactly anonymous. on top of that, tech has defended his brother's shit in the past, so he IS involved with that drama.

personally i don't think dragging the drama with his brother was completely relevant, but this does show there is a pattern of behavior from technicals where abuse of minors is excusable in his eyes if he likes the abuser enough.

augie and the tea fags are currently in his stream talking about it, i'll go through it to try to catch up. but holy shit, all of this is hilarious and developed in a way i didn't expect.

I've never posted on this side of the farms (mostly just interested in darksydephil).

But I clocked this aspect of DeOrios character way back when he had a spat with QuarterPounder on the killstream if I'm not mistaken (I believed keem was also involved in reaming Jeremy that day).

The thing with Nick, is he's just smart enough to be a threat to himself. He has that destructive combination of just barely above-avg IQ and a narcissistic arrogance.

He's the type to always think he's the smartest person in every room he enters, but his argument style is to crank up the passive-aggressiveness and hope the opponent gets frustrated enough to end up in the weeds, lose the plot, start ree-ing.

I predicted to myself back then that he was on a gradual track to crossing the lolcow Rubicon. I see the most likely scenario for Nick hitting that critical-gunt, is if someone outside of his friend group, who is just as, or more intelligent than, Nick himself (not a high bar, so should be an eventuality) takes the opposing side of an argument and breaks DeOrio down into the kind of behavior that Nick endeavors to bring out of everyone he argues with.

Or one of his friends gets upset with Nick's personality and leaks something incriminating. That would actually be the best case for the lulz.

Flamenco is the wrong person to take Nick there, but I do appreciate his awareness of Nick's "character flaw". I feel like the difference between Nick and more likable Internet Assholes, is that Nick's comes from a place of spite, misery loves company and all that.
