This debate was destined to be a shitshow, but it's always frustrating how hosts opt for these debates with six or more people and no moderation, especially in cases like this when you have people like Alex Jones derailing the discussion when the other two people on his side actually have intelligent things to say.

These two dysgenic nigger faggots had nothing of value to say for over three hours, though they somehow managed to sound gayer and jewier than their Xitter feeds suggest.

So was it an insurrection? It was a violent uprising with the purpose of taking power over the country away from the establishment. Whether that counts as an insurrection is up to interpretation. The more important question, which was a large point of contention in the debate, is; was this event orchestrated or planned in some way by the federal government? It surprised me that no one on the panel pointed out this message from Milo on the morning of January 6th and it had to be brought up by a superchatter:

The arguments presented by the Krass bros and Destiny were pretty bad and on thin ground in some aspects. The relief came in from Beattie and Greenwald giving cogent arguments to rebut. Jones was all over the place and making a gishgallop mess everywhere. He couldn’t stay on target to save his life.

A perfect example of being able to tear apart the Krass was when they brought up “he said to fight. I dunno that’s scary violence isn’t it?”

Destiny thought he had a strong gotcha with the “what would you call Trump wanting Pence to overturn electors?” wasn’t dismantled by Jones talking about immigrants streaming across the border. It was shut down by Greenwald and Beattie easily as, “you let legal matters play out.”

Edit: what I find so infuriating is that Destiny’s continuous point of “Trump doesn’t need to be formally charged with insurrection to be disqualified by the 14th” is easily dismantled by the counter of “so all you have to do is accuse someone of insurrection and that’s good enough? You don’t need any kind of offial charges or convictions to levy that claim to do something so drastic as to disbar someone from running for POTUS?” But Jones keeps ultra-sperging.
