Yes, besides the incest charges I believe that he will also be charged for stealing $750 from Barb because it's embezzlement and in the state of Virginia, embezzlement over $200 is a felony and is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

We're never going to see Chris again are we?

I don't know how well his messianic delusions would hold up if he was on the pod cleaning schedule like one of the plebs and had to sleep in a cell with someone who is not going to put up with his bullshit.
It would be funny if they put him in a cell with someone else who also claims to be Jesus and they have to resolve the issue by Hell in a Cell.

This is probably not going to happen for $750. That would be way over guidelines. Also embezzlement only applies to employers. Just stealing from anyone else is larceny, and if over $1,000, is grand larceny. As petit larceny it would only be a misdemeanor.

And since it was stolen from his mom, it would probably be fodder for bargaining away by the prosecutor so he could focus on the big charges. I honestly don't think the cops really care about the violation of the protective order. They were looking for evidence of the incest and elder abuse, which Chris handed them on a silver platter.

I knew any time in prison would have a detrimental effect on what's left of his sanity but I didn't expect it to devolve so fast. The interesting thing is that I'm sure we haven't seen rock bottom yet. God knows how crazy Chris will get in the months to come. We can only hope that he maintains the ability to write letters so we can get a few peeks into what's buzzing around in his skull.
At least somebody gave him a pen with ink. I shudder to think what his next letter to null might be written in?

I have a prophecy... When Chris gets tired of the Jesus act, he'll probably become a sovereign citizen and claim that since incest isn't mentioned in the constitution any law forbidding it is unconstitutional. He'll become his own lawyer and Court TV will pick up on it and get high ratings.

Maybe Scientology could create an internet celebrity center and introduce all the lolcows to John Travolta and Tom Cruise.

The serial killer Chris most resembles is Otis Toole. He had an IQ in the 50s and was so impressionable, he'd create a fantasy in his head about it and admit to any crime you told him about.
Do you mean Henry Lee Lucas?

When he's been in there long enough to get bored of the bible and actually start checking out the prison library could be interesting if he writes to people enough we can keep track of it.
He might drop every book 2 chapters in but it would still be more interesting than a cartoon or game character.
If the prison allows people to send him books (some let you order books of your choice too I guess, maybe that would be enough motivation to work inside) I wonder if he could just get videogame and cartoon shit though.
He's not stuck with just the bible or nothing, but I don't know if he realizes that yet or just isn't bored enough and believes he'll be back to his videogames soon.
Does the prison library have the protocols?
