Lolcow KingCobraJFS / Josh Saunders - Amateur musician, YouTube Streamer, wandmaker, and self-proclaimed "sexy goth badboy". Perpetually circling the drain.

Considering his dad is an "artist" who teaches at a local community college and does local theater, I doubt he has the funds or means to do what Bob did.

There's been some high level artistotle style type of discussions as to whether or not he's been diagnosed, especially since he tends to miss speak and get dates confused. The working theory that has been developed by the analysts over at the subreddit is that he most likely took a test in middle or high school that determined that he had a learning disability and he was placed into a program for special needs students. The legal scholars looked over what you need to qualify for SSDI and concluded that the program most likely helped/guided Clint and Josh to apply for it, and they used the test and references as proof to qualify for it.

Except that at age 18, the ssa does what is called a redetermination. It goes from the child blue book (part B) to adult listings (part A) and the adult listings are stricter.

I think he has an ID and just because Clint says he was never diagnosed with the autism doesnt mean he doesnt have anything else. Maybe he has fragile x, which is extremely common. And maybe during his redetermination, he was sent to a CE and they tested his intelligence.

And since all he does is stream and doesnt do anything requiring critical thinking and is a shut it, the lack of mental stimulation makes it worse.

I know that Clint does not have any money, but it's possible that he inherited a large sum of money from his baby boomer parents. You really never know and I find that white trash people Clint's age typically seem to have some mystery source of income/funds laying around. I know that some of them commit disability fraud so that is why I asked.

I feel like Josh could have easily made it on his own in one way or another. It's obvious that he does have a learning disability but I feel like he could have gotten a job (Wendy's doesn't count and honestly is probably a pretty hard job for someone with severe ADHD). Putting Josh on disability probably did way more harm than good.

At the end of the day though none of us are able to make that decision. That's on the parents. That's on the government.

Josh was tested as a child and then again as a young adult for these things, it’s why Clint went to school to learn how about special education with children.

As for medications he took, I believe it was Atomoxetine and Sertraline. With the Atomoxetine, that’s clearly meant to address his ADHD. I haven’t seen it diagnosed to adults, usually only children around 7 years old. It’s a good indication that he had testing for this as a kid and they came away with ADHD, but It’s possible to mistake autism spectrum disorders and ADHD, they share many symptoms and it’s entirely possible to have both and it’s just not addressed properly.

The Sertraline is a little more complicated. It could be any number of things that it was diagnosed for. It’s an SSRI, so take your pick. Could treat some mild forms of Bipolar Type I, could treat OCD, depression, varying types of anxiety disorders, anger issues. It runs the gamut, it could be issued to handle any combination of those behavioural problems.

I’m fairly certain I know why he doesn’t want to go on an SSRI again. It makes it basically impossible to have an orgasm and you can’t really drink alcohol when you take them. Not surprised the guy who religiously jacks his dick and drinks like a fish stopped taking it at age 18.

I'm baffled at how many people think Josh needs to be/will be committed (or some variant); when clicking almost any other thread on this site will lead you to people who are far crazier and in far worse shape than our guy Cobes.
A long while ago his father threatened to send him to a group home for autistics because of his behavior, Cobes is obviously someone who doesn't look after themselves very well but being sent to a group home is something that only ever happens when someone can't live alone. He's been living alone for 10+ years.

He's over qualified for a group home

I appreciate the Josh lore. Clearly he has something. Which is fine, people can’t help having certain issues. But, I will say the weed combined with whatever meds he does take combined with the booze is going to cause issues. PL. but relevant…my sis is an alcoholic also on concerta and ssris plus weed and complains she doesn’t feel good on them. She, like Josh doesn’t give a crap and that’s fine, but they both don’t make the connection that maybe they’re just ruining themselves with all of these things combined. This isn’t a little weed and a little booze, Josh and my sis both do it in excess.

if Josh had some structure in the day, like maybe a small part time job, a few days a week for 4 or 5 hours at a time, he might improve a bit. I do understand he has no car and all. He would actually be a good candidate for vocational rehabilitation.

RE: Reddit faggotry. I realized I've been watching this retard for 5.5 years, and I started using the Reddit because his thread here was not really active. I agree, it is now full of retards ("Who is Clint?") and I only go for the funny edits. Happy to answer any Cobra lore questions. The good era was about 3+ years ago.

What happened to his other boglim hat he was rocking for a few streams? He seemed to like it. I could see Josh really liking an authentic leather pirate hat.

RIP Bavarian Hat. It was beautiful.

I’ve been investigating this topic for a couple of years now and, as far as I can, he doesn’t suffer from any kind of genetic disorder officially.

According to Clint, his mother Laurel suffered from some mental instability and that prompted the separation. Josh would fly into these kinda violent rages (Like last night) and Clint would remark on how he reminded him of Laurel and it scared him.

Josh has claimed that he has bipolar disorder also, so it might be fair to say that he holds some resentment for passing that on to him. It’s been untreated for a decade so it may explain some of the mental degradation.

I remember being dumb and sick one day and finding his mom via Classmates.com's yearbook search. I forgot which high school, but 99% sure her name wasn't Laurel and was Laura. (Josh is 'tarded and spells it "Lora." It was the 80s hair/sunglasses photo everyone shares everywhere in a town near Casper. If I remember, I'll post.

Clint and Stepmom Tanis have comfortable jobs at a community college that publishes salary tables online. Tanis has a PhD. Clint got a massive accident settlement a decade or two ago. They're not millionaires — but for Casper? They're above most folks. I think they rake in $100k AT MINIMUM.

Josh gets SSI, not SSDI. Stop comparing him to Chris Chan.

No one knows what he has, but I always like the Schizotypal Bipolar + 'Tism theory.

EDIT FOR @TheCakeIsALie: Josh doesn't take legal meds anymore.

I know, I have this argument with Bite every month. Lol Her legal name is Laurel Goodrow, but she goes by Laura. It’s a lot like how Clint isn’t actually Clint’s name. His legal name is Clinton Dean Saunders. I seem to recall he was named after his grandfather.

Well, at least Clinton can have the nickname "Clint." Do you remember the high school?

Anyway, this thread is about Jord.

For the newbies, some of my favorite King Cobra moments include:

- Live stream Subway review with Homeboy Scotty interrupted by Tina

- Ride bike video while dropping phone (goddammmmmmittt)

- firey fish pizza

- surstromming

When was he on Adderall?

I've seen people mention that he was on Adderall for years and it is often provided to explain why his speech has slowed so much in the past few years.

I don’t have concrete info on that at the moment. As far as I can guess, the Atomoxetine was specific to treating childhood symptoms and when he got older, they changed him over to something else.

That steep decline is all him. When he stopped taking medications, he was alright. His vocabulary could surprise you sometimes, he could follow through on concepts he was talking about laterally, he wasn’t fucking Einstein, right, but he was okay. The years of burning every literal brain cell he has on whatever could numb him out, that’s what did it. Josh can’t follow through a single thought without ending it two seconds later with “You know?” “That’s the thing of it.” And “Oh jeeze.”

I've been tailing Jord for only a few years now and I can handle most things he does. However, when he gets obscene describing sexual acts bothers the fuck out of me. Bit prudish on my part, I admit, however the behavior is undeniably uncomfortable and perverse. He's like the regarded mutant offspring of the Diceman and Marquis de Sade. I'm talking about his insistence on describing sexual acts in the most profanely graphic ways possible. You can't just go down on her. No, you have to, "suck on her pussy and clit hard enough it gets stuck in your teeth". Some really crass and violent language when he talks about sex. Why does he feel compelled to go so far with it? Where did he pick up this behavior? It some kind of Autism thing? Is this a normal way of talking about sex and just I don't get it?
