I found out about this new development when re-watching the "Down The Rabbit Hole" video about Christian and new comments made mention of it.

I have feelings about CWC. I don't know a lot about his past, aside from what I've seen in Fredrik's video (which I understand leaves out a lot), but I can't help but feel some level of pity for him. He clearly has very troubling mannerisms and has displayed aggression, such as when he implied he would have raped Megan and attacking Michael Snyder, so I know he is not a blameless angel. But, as a comment on the Something Awful thread pointed out years ago, at the end of the day, he does have a genuine mental disorder.

I don't know enough about the circumstances to say how much Chris is responsible for his actions in this whole mess. But I am sad to see that it has gotten to this point. But maybe prison will be good for Chris in some ways. It's clear that he's needed someone or something to take control of him for awhile.

Chris is a product of bad upbringing, plain and simple, his mental problems simply amplify that exponentially, and it has continued to trouble him all his life.

However, at no point has Chris legitimately sought this help even after he gained relative independence from Barb. He consciously and willingly has used his mental handicap as a crutch and as an excuse to be a lazy piece of shit getting paid by the government simply for existing. And as the letter shown and as several other Kiwis have pointed out, Chris obviously is 100% aware that what he did is wrong by the standards of society and he doesn't seem apologetic in the slightest - indeed, going after Null for telling the police that Chris stole the money. And if a bunch of exceptional people on the internet can figure this out, you can bet the lawyers already involved can see it too.

So yes, Chris has a mental problem and was raised terribly, but the dude is nearly 40 fucking years old and has had innumerable chances to turn his life around if he himself changed who he is as a person. And he's not the only autistic person - hell, all the 'Slow-in-the-minds' that he hated being lumped with in school on the short bus? I bet every single one of them has gone on to be actual functional members of society and are happier than Chris ever has been.

To be fair (as I recall) , he said something along the lines of his art being an outlet so that he wouldnt act horrible to megan. That could simply mean he didnt want to be what he considered to be a disgusting male trope; aka being sexually assertive dude bro .

I think ultimately its bad form to suggest anyone is blameless in regards to their own lives. Its very very rarely the case and its also psychologically damaging towards people to falsely take away culpability over their own lives. I think chris would have ended up in similar overall situation without the cult of trolls around him. He might however have not become a tranny however . I also think the entourage of trolls feeding and playing on his ego fed his unhealthy obsession with the internet . Ultimately I just find itin bad taste that all these a logs pretend they have zero culpabiility whatsoever .

Though yes chris is himself a troubled mentally ill person who isnt fundamentally a good person and never really has been if you look into him. A large part of that is a product of his idiot parents though

Your prayers are wasted on a sociopath like Chris. You may as well pray for Patrick Bateman.

I think Chris has already confessed everything to the cops, probably multiple times, so this letter won't incriminate him any further. His lawyer is probably not trying to get him a not guilty verdict, just the lightest sentence he can.
He's after whatever he can get. If he sees an opening he'll get the best result he can.

I believe the sympathy one has for Chris stems from, as others have observed and commented now and then, that at least one point in their life, everyone has done a Chris-Chan move. Chris has done every socially awkward decision or even faux paus one can think of that at some point you can relate to it.

- Chris got catfished
- Chris dressed weird
- Chris had the wrong look
- Chris had strong opinions about things most people don't care about
- Chris felt lonely
- Chris grew up in a bad environment
- Chris was overweight
- Chris felt bullied in school and was bullied online.
- Chris wanted to be a good artist and tried but was never good enough. Same for writing.
- Chris tried to socialize but got picked on for it
- Chris struggled to find meaningful work
- Chris had dreams that never worked out
- Chris just wanted to fit in
- Chris tried to do what he was taught was right and it didn't work out for him
- Chris was constantly compared to men who were superior to him and emasculated in the process

and so on. Then at the end of the day, he kept trying to make things work. Changing in some ways, stubbornly refusing to change in most. Maybe there's something else or one of those bullet points were you at some point in your life or you knew someone like that and you get that thought in your head of "what if he didn't have that?" or "what if someone I cared about had more Chris like issues?".

It's only when you learn more about Chris-Chan that you realize what an awful person he truly is and that all those that make you feel a degree of sympathy for him end up in the background. Chris isn't some dweeb that was an easy target and that somehow made him into a bad person, Chris was a dweeb who already was a bad person. One could argue his social awkwardness is a result of his bad personality, not the other way around. His slavish devotion to trends, his lack of any self-improvement, his disregard for and envy of others, and his self-centeredness made the man we see today.

They are imprisoned for a time so that they may be reformed and made ready to re-enter society, not simply to put them in time out.
Theoretically, of course. In reality modern American prison systems at best make people suffer and at worst introduce them to a bunch of new criminal friends and tactics, then make them nearly-unemployable social pariahs upon release. That is not a situation which helps many people rebuild their lives without criminality.

Yeah you don't hear rehabilitation programs and American prison systems used in the same sentence much, if at all.

When food is shit, always have to watch your shoulders at all times, and the culture inside prisons is different than the free world, no wonder convicts prioritize survival over rehab.

Some suggested outsourcing prison spaces in poorer countries.

Ironically, Chris was already an unemployable social parasite pariah, just with a shorter rap sheet and prior arrests that had him spend smaller time in jail. But you are right; prison don't have rehab, and I doubt Chris would take to it.
So really there's no point in giving him a hard time sentence, Ive said that sending Chris up the river would be the equivalent of giving him the death penalty. Sure he wont be formally executed by the state, but the fact that prison is a harsh unforgiving system that ironically social Darwins out people like chris. Simply by being a system where "survival of the fittest." has become the rule of law. He'll refuse to do anything the other inmates tell him to do like one walks up to him and says "You're too fat! work out more and lose weight fatass." Chris will just chimp and wail cause he hates being told what to do.

Eventually because he'll refuse to learn to adapt to the culture of the prison, no matter how many times they force him clean, or beat him up, or do god knows what to him. All he'll do is curl up in a ball and try to go to his happy place in cwcville or cope by imaging his using his CPU goddess powers to make the inmates pay. Eventually you piss off the wrong guys on the inside and they will get rid of you. It's Darwinism at it's rawest form, the weakest link gets killed off because it's unfit to survive. The most common form being to pay someone already serving a life sentence so a little murder won't matter much to them,

Now I'm not saying this happens ALL the time in prison, we've already established its rarely, if ever like OZ or orange is the new black, and even "reality" shows like lockup only use the choicest bits taken from weeks worth of fluff footage recorded where nothing happened, but it can happen. And knowing Chris if he ends up Sussex 1 state prison...it'll just be a matter of time.

So, since Chris pretty much confessed to his crimes in the letter, is it certain Chris will get a guilty sentence? And if so, does that mean prison?

Also, I know he's probably too cowardly/egotistical to do it, but do you think that Chris would commit suicide if given the opportunity? I know that's a horrible thing to say, but I get the feeling that someone like Chris would snap in prison and feel like that's the only way outta there

Before that he was a slightly annoying and smelly retard, not a rapey groin slicing lunatic. I mean he was bad, but now he is way worse.
Gonna have to disagree with the rapey part. Chris has always been way too handsy with women, and let's not forget that he drew porn of Meghan so he could repress his urge to rape her.

All he'll do is curl up in a ball
If Chris is sentenced to a longer term after trial it, whether be in prison or a mental facility, expect him to stay in a hedgehog defense pose until staff is compelled to let him go. Good luck with that. I'm surprised Chris hasn't done it now (unfortunately we don't know). We all know Chris hates change, but this extended jail time is the only thing that we know he has adjusted to, given his letter to Null.

They say AH people would be fine wih Chris pre-trooning out, but this does show that he got worse after the tranny shit.

he's always been weird and rapey

to list a few examples, anything to do with Megan, the weird shit that he was doing pre-Christory where he was throwing hearts at random women in the mall, to a lesser extent the attraction sign

you are correct that he's worse now but that's only because he's become more confident in making terrible decisions thanks to the numerous enablers he accrued and the hugboxes that he surrounded himself with. guy has always been a rapey as shit looney however
