I wrote out a long post with a bit of power leveling but it wouldn't do any good. I'll shave it down:

He could put in a years worth of work, employment and therapy wise. He could save up some money, get his own place, buy an older yet gas efficient vehicle, meet a nice, decent looking woman in her early 30s, and they could go half on bills and be comfortable. Save money together, and go on vacations and trips once in a while and enjoy life.

I am a depressed mental case, and that's what I am doing, I'm over a decade younger than him, and was rather immature for a long time, but when life really beat my ass for the last two years, i got my shit together and grew up, and fast.

I don't believe he's as crazy as people make him out to be, just immature and lazy from being coddled his whole damn life. If he was to be thrown in prison for something or another, if he didn't get stabbed in there, he would benefit from it. That place fucking hardens you like no other.

It's kind of astonishing when you really think about Lucas's life. He doesn't do anything. He doesn't do his own laundry, he doesn't make his own bed, he doesn't prepare his own meals, he doesn't exercise, he's not looking for work, he's not going to school, he doesn't interact with family, he doesn't have to take care of any kids, he doesn't have any hobbies, he doesn't have any interests...

When he's not lying on his stomach making inane videos, his entire life is trying to get his dick wet, and filling his stomach.

This. Similar to Crusty Rusty, with Lucas there is no THERE, there. Like...there's just nothing inside. No dream/hobbies/inspirations etc. If you knocked on him (I highly recommend against touching him in any manner, just for the record), you'd hear a hollow echo. I can't imagine how incredibly depressing it would be to just be nothing and do nothing all day, every day, for your whole life.
