I wouldn't say it was so much desires and aspirations but more the ability to self-reflect. People forget that Leanna was so young when she was with Phil. When you think about the timeframe of their relationship, you realize that their relationship took place almost entirely during the phase of Leanna's life where she would have been a college student. Leanna for all of her faults was much more of a normal human being then she appeared. She was just exposed to us during those dumb twenty years. I don't know how I feel about Kat. The more that comes out about her family and the way she grew up has me feeling a lot of sympathy.
